i remember once having a conversation with sh*twest about their mistake costing my company in overdraft interest. When i insisted that they should pay some back because of their mistake, they couldn't figure out what the interest would have been on the difference between what the balance was and what it should have been. In the end i ended up making up a number (in our favour of course) and they just accepted it. Makes you're blood boil that something so costly to us is something that they don't even know how to calculate.0
