Morning all - apologies for no personals - just no time for anything at the moment! Haven't been near the study and my craft stuff for days!

Just wanted to say a big thanks to Choccy and Lei for the lovely images - I promise I'll get yours done this weekend!

CGC- I did manage to get your stash swap to you last week though - hope you got it OK.

    Later all! (If I'm lucky)

Afternoon all, not sure where on earth my morning has gone to !
My little 2 are off to the seaside tonight and despite being told to make sure their things are ready. Theres 2 empty bags sitting on the bedroom floor !! So ive been abit busy trying to sort them out.
Then the dreaded spendy elves stopped by as they heard off Flourgirl, that Crafts U love had free postage. Is it just me who feels they HAVE to buy something when companies offer free postage ? LOL I just think its rude not to take them up on the offer ;)

Lyndach I just wanted to make sure that the postie brought you your stash swap from me ? I know that Melissa received hers yesterday and they were posted at the same time :)

CraftyJuJu :j:jYAY !!! :j:jMr Postie has just brought me my parcel and i signed his little book. THANKYOU SO MUCH !! Its absolutely GORGEOUS !!
furrypig says:my name is Choccy and I am addicted to nose free stamps as I want to save them all and give them noses!!!:rotfl:
About me. Im Choccy or Chocolate orange depending on where i am.Yes occasionally i am a total looon who spends too long online, but no where near as much £ as her spendy elves do ..:D

Scattyan - sorry I didn't join in the challenge either - I finally thought of a stamp I could use and then I just ran out of time. How many cats have you got if they've got their own wing??????

one of our first jobs is getting an extension built, I know it sounds silly but it will be our cats bedroom lol - They were our entire priority when we decide to move checking we wernt near busy roads etc, our new house has quad folding doors at the back so would be no good for a cat flap but there is a way to add an extra door at the side which would lead to an extension
    Love to you all
    xx

Melissa - if it's anything like our house where cats rule the roost Scatty Jan & her OH will be in the servants quarters!:rotfl::rotfl:

Scatty Jan - that's exactly how we chose our house! Had to be in a quiet location with little or no passing traffic 'cos of 3 (now 2) cats. It was tough, as I had to be near enough to shops to be able to walk to them when I get old(er)! This was in the days before Mr T started delivering.

My promarker count is 54 and also have the gold/silver ones - I love getting promarkers but am quite happy with my selection of colours. Its my birthday soon so no doubt my collection will grow.
Dragonllew and Dawnteabag have fantastic holidays
Love the new challenge Summer - will have to have a hunt about and see if I have a stamp suitable - my first thought was Tilda with the umbrella and the rain - but touch wood we are still having some nice weather.
I must catch up on the blogs today inbetween solicitors - planning permissions - post office phew worn out thinking of it all
    Have a lovely afternoon everyone
    Much Love
    xx

Ohhhhh forgot to tell you about my cats.....
We had an old rescue cat she was beautiful but very poorly through her life and was on constant medication for various ailments and had a special diet - she was a house cat who went out to do her business but never strayed from the garden - she was very vocal and talked non stop - we lost her 15 months ago she would of been about 13 - anyway house was so quiet it was driving us mad almost immidieatly we knew we had to get another cat not to replace her but the house was so lonely - just by us there is a cats home so we go in touch saying we would like a female about 2-3 years old , she said just up the road there is a foster home with a Mummy and two of her kittens left (both boys) - Well we went to see the mummy and yes you can guess ended up with all 3 - people were refusing the kittens because one was mainly black (i never knew this but its hard to home black cats) and also the other kitten was grey and white and people going to view didnt like the colouring this made me quite mad as there not handbag accesories. Soooooo we now have Mabel (the mummy) she is a grey tortie and the most beautiful cat , still a little nervous, the vets reckon she was only about 6 months herself when she fell pregnant so its stunted her growth - Next we have Humphrey he is just like the felix cat - the vet calls him a little man because he is also very small and really is still like a smallish kitten then we have Georgina we had named her George but when we took her to the vets to have his bits snipped he became a she lol she is a beauty of a cat and the biggest, she is totally in control of her mum and brother and us lol she is the most nortiest cat in the world!!
Sorry for rambling as you can guess Im a total cat lover
    xx

agh! why does it take me so long to do stuff? I have done 2 out of the 3 cards and still nothing for craft fair. I have been tending to and playing with the baby though so it is hard to get things done and i feel so guilty if i am doing things while he is awake. He is having another nap now but it will be school run before i know it and then i won't get anything done when the wirlwind is home.

Loved hearing about your cats ScattyJan. We have a cat but she is a bit of a pain she uses out pvc windows as a strach post  as is the sofa the trampoline anything really! we have tried everything and nothing stops her.

We had a cat a good 5 years ago now and i tell you she was human! she was so in tune with us. She is the only cat we let sleep on the bed. She would lie on our chest while we slept then when we turned over she would walk us like a barrel and she would end up on our back. She used to hug our hand ( that sounds silly) it's hard to described but if she was on her back and we place our hand on her tummy she would wrap herself around our hand. She knew right from wrong and was just a pleasure she was like our baby. Sadly she had a heart problem and died when i was pg with ds1. He would have loved her and she would have loved him.
:)Mummy to 2 wonderful boys :)

Afternoon ladies hope everyones well. Just a flying visit from me (due at the church shortly for a flower festival), will catch up properly later - I have about 2 days worth of posts to read, so it could take sometime!

Hopefully I understood Choccy's challenge (spotted the gorgeous card by Tiredmom and guessed that it's handmade flowers - if it's s'posed to be a money wallet as well give me a shout and I'll make another one). Anyway, here's my entry.

Have a fab weekend and hope you all stay safe and well.
