Wow polkadot that is fab
:j hope he remembers to start using it now!!
You really don't want to know the answer to that one:) it leads to ££££ worth of Promarkers becoming essential :rotfl::rotfl:
However if you insist we take stamped images and colour them and use them as embellishments on our craft projects.
check any of our blogs and you will see the results but be warned I only have 47 colours some people (naming no names) have the whole 150+
Not guiltyI am 10 short and will stay that way for the forseeable future, I do not need 15 greys I do not need 15 greys I do not need 15 greys .... ok I think I managed to resist!
Polkadot - If you are just starting out with cardmaking or even if you are not I can send you some bits and bobs if you like to give you a start? will have to wait til next week though as manic this week!
Guess what ... I just snagged me a bank job :rotfl: no really I did, mystery shop for nationwide and it pays £45 :j so free money :j :j ... still dunno if OH is coming home tonight or not though.
Choccy - I shouldn't be moaning though as there are people who are worse off than me!! I feel like a fraud all the time  and get annoyed with people staring cause I am using a stick, only problem now is which side do I use it on cause I think I am in more pain from right leg so looks worse if I just swap over!
Lei - thankyou for the kind offer, but you have stamped me images before and I still haven't used some of them ones!! hope you enjoy your weekend !Raising kids is like being held hostage by midget terrorists0 -
choccy - if you look on my blog on the righthand side at the bottom there's a huge list of challenges - I have them on there so I can sit with my notebook at work and jot them down between calls and not have to log in to blogger so the IT geeks don't spot it (Naughty Bear) :rotfl:
Rusty could you use your stick in the middle and do a Jake the Peg impression?
Forgot to say that my sketch notebook has the fab Paddington card that Craftygranny sent me stuck on the front.

tiredmom - ooh sympathy to your dd - my eldest had croup not so much now (touch wood) he is older but its a nightmare and he had to be different - warm steamy air didnt do him any good so we had to sit out in the cold:eek: until we got some steroid tablets to keep at home instead of the 2am trip to A&E!! Have a fab holiday and your challenge card is gorgeous!!
choccy - thanks for the challenge - hmm not so good at that sort of thing -will get my thinking cap/blue peter cap on and try and come up with something resembling a flower!!;)
craftygranny - are you pleased with your hair??
apologies if missed anyone ((hugs)) to those who need them xxx0 -
DTB - I'm really glad you liked your stash, I never quite know what to include but I hoped a complete mixture would mean there was bound to be something in there you liked! If you want any more stamped images then just shout as I have loads (as in way more than I can ever use) of wooden backed and clear stamps. I swear they breed in storage boxes as there seems to be so many more than I remember buying...:(
Lip balm in jam jars - now I read it back I realise it isn't quite as obvious as I meant it to be, lol. I mix vaseline with cooking flavour essence to make a lip balm. You can add colouring but I don't tend to bother. Then I just fil up the little mini jam jars you get and decorate the jars. Nice and cheap and tend to sell well at fetes. I used to make it with the Brownies for mothers day and things like that.
I found 4 tea light candle holders in the back of my cupboard so I'm going to paint the nursery caterpillar logo onto them as well. At least that will be something a little bit different.

Your a star. I have loads of those jam jars at Rainbows and have been given the task of coming up with something to do with them. I'd had the idea of making them into a jar to put your tooth in when waiting for a tooth fairy but friend pulled a face at this. Your idea is a super one.
Right off again as getting invoices done before holiday.
