Just to let you know that the tutorial for the flower I have made here and here is from the Dawn Griffiths site here. I didn't use the flower punch but the scallop one, I think PONR has done them using nesties but not sure.

Rusty Package on its way to you with promised treat cups. Also wanted to let you know I printed off one of your pics of Maddison from facebook. When your package arrives you will see why but I just wanted to let you know and also to let you know that I haven't saved it on my computer and also won't blog it unless you are happy for me to do so.

Right off to get the wedding card on my blog and find that list that Toms Mom posted as I think I can enter it for a few challenges.

Snipped you! .... thankyou so much, and no I don't mind at all if you blog it, thanks for asking and thankyou for the treat cups :j

Rainmac - Thankyou so much, posty came :j ....... I am stopping myself from touching them but what pretty spotty paper  looks spensive!! I feel dead posh :D thankyou so much!

Choccy - Thanks for setting a new challenge. I will try and join in! :)

If anyone wants some teabags I have a few left over from my moms party invites, I was lucky as I got them for free from twinings after sending a begging letter.

Lei - Was it you who ordered the new set of greetings farm stamps? are they worth their money?

I feel so lousy today, feel right down in the dumps and not sure why!! Grrr I hate days like this. I just can't be bothered with anything and anything I do try and do just goes wrong! so I have put both kids on their computers (DS on his laptop and DD on her Vtech thingy) and I will take them out to McD's for their tea as I really can't be bothered to be stuck in this house lol ... gee I sound like a right grumpy cow!

Tired mom They're in St Lucia now-she's actually my stepmum. My dad is a partner in a safari company that operates mainly out of the estuary and Hluluwe game reserve. But we grew up in Jo'burg (mostly on the east rand). I moved to the north rand (sandton, randburg way) when I left school (which I attended in Middelburg and Witbank) so we got around the country ;) It's not so nice now and we're very worried about them now. The cost of living is ridiculously high now and violent crime is rife. We would have loved to have them here with us knowing how much safer they'd be, but we have citizenship because my mum was born here...so dad is not eligible for immigration.

Think pain does that to you Rusty especially if it is constant. On top of that when you have someone who thinks you only have to say lose weight for it to happen it really does hurt. If it is easy to park I would suggest a walk by the sea as the blasts of sea air will probably help raise your spirits. If not just picture your DD's face at her party this weekend and that will probably make her smile, might also have you reaching for the bottle of wine as well!

    Hugs X

I went out a few times in the East Rand area when I was staying with my Aunt who lives in the Fourways area and I worked in the Spur near Fourways. I tended to mostly go to Sandton though as liked that. One of my cousins lives near Germiston and the others down in Pinetown and Zimbali which I think are Durban direction. I travelled quite a lot whilst there going to Durban, Kruger, Zimbabwe, Sun City and also spent alot of time in Cape Town and Garden Route. I know what you are saying as I would love for my children to visit the family but worry about taking them to somewhere with such high crime, my aunt lives in a gated community not that that helps much. One of my cousins has taken the plunge and moved her family to Australia. It is such a shame as it is such a gorgeous country and I loved my time there.

Sorry went off on one there, funnily enough my OH called me in yesterday to watch a section on the Chelsea Flower Show that was in Cape Town/Table Mountain. X

Thanks x I think I am just a grumpy cow, just phoned OH and he is trying to get home tonight which will be fab if he can cause he has got his hours in! ..... we live a ten min walk from the beach you can hear the waves crashing from the garden ... the problem is actually walking, I can't walk far. as for the bottle of wine, I don't drink :rotfl: I will be fine, just keep moaning lol. you lot must be sick of me moaning by now! Think it is grieving though as yesterday was a year since lost my G'dad and was only a couple of months ago lost my Gran and on top of that it would have been G'dads birthday the same day as Maddisons!! Grrr .... lets hope OH can get home tonight. he will put me right!

Lei - Was it you who ordered the new set of greetings farm stamps? are they worth their money?

Yes I brought the Greeting Farm Roll Call kit & love all the cute Wild Sprouts! I have ideas for them already - it's great value as you get 10 character stamps & I think 5 greetings. I can stamp you some if you'd like before you decide whether or not to go for it? I'm away at OH's this weekend but can do them when I get back & pop them in the post Tuesday x
  • :rotfl:@ Rusty being Grumpy ... I think with all the poop you have had. You are allowed to have grumpy days ;). Especially at this time of year. Sending you big Hugs xx

TiredMom :j 1st entry on my challenge ;) Thanks for joining in.

polkadot Love the idea that you have done for the milk money. Thanks for sharing. Wondering if i can adapt it. For middle sons dinner money. He would probably forget it. If its not placed in his hand it usually gets left at home on the table.

Lei Thankyou sooo much for the gorgeous images. Yours will be in the post in the morning ;). I keep finding different ones that i think you will like :rotfl:. Happy Birthday to your OH :D

Hope Hello Kitty survived nursery Craftygranny :rotfl: and none of the children went too close hehe:D
