Morning all

Had a lovely time on Rainbows camp last weekend and then babysat for my friend on Satuday evening. Only problem was combination of different bed on Friday night and sitting on my friends uncomfortable sofa on Saturday night flared my back up again and put it into spasm resulting in the wonderful sciatica that we all love so much. Thankfully I woke up yesterday feeling like a different person so it seems to have calmed down. Added to that a shoulder injury has flared up from nowhere so I have had virtally no use of my left arm since Monday. It eased up yesterday but I still can't lift my arm higher than my shoulder and have permanent pins and needles in my hand and between my shoulder blades, feels very strange. Docs have referred me and I have an appointment in a couple of weeks to the Clinical Assesment Team. What a demic sorry to go on, Rusty my heart goes out to you and hope that you have at least managed to get a few hours sleep.

My apologies go out to those that ordered the Stampin Up goodies, I didn't get anything in the post on Monday as it has taken me all day just to keep on top of running the house and getting children to school, discovered how hard it is to do things one handed and with a bad back. I packaged everything up last night and will get Marg, Rainmac and Flourgirl's parcels to the PO this morning. Giggle can you please PM me your address as I realised you are not on the list. I can let people know the costs once been to the PO.

I haven't had chance to do any crafting, haven't even been able to play with my new goodies. It is DH's year end tomorrow so I am going to be up to my eyes in accounts and paperwork today and then tomorrow I have to get sorted for going to the caravan for the long weekend. Little Darlings are then back in school next Tuesday & Wednesday and then off again for two days, voting and service day. They don't know it yet but we are taking them to Legoland for two days courtesy of TEsco's.

I have read back through about 20 pages but am going to have to leave vague comments I'm afraid.

Anyway best be off now, sorry for long post and sorry if I forgot anyone, Skiergirl not sure if I thanked you for dropping the bits off If I didn't really sorry and thank you (hope your folks are improving). Louby that really does look like some sort of allergic reaction, what was the massage oil you used at the class?

Choccy :eek: at the school going on fire. Glad your ds is getting into school (bet he's not tho' :rotfl:). My dd is also in year 10 and she is already taking bits and pieces of her GCSE exams. She has two exams coming up in June.

Morning all - am battling with my own personal grey cloud at the moment so might not be about much for a few days

JHB - that sounds like a plan - I worked in a fast food place for a couple of years when I was at college and it completely put me off burgers chips and everything else for ages.

Good luck with the promotion DTB - hope it's not like the one we had at work not so long ago - full application required for a 3 month temp post coz they'd sacked the original person - then full app when it was advertised as permanent then after a week decided there was no money to pay the pay increase and the job wasn't going to be filled and it's only 2k a year plus I know they'll expect the temp people to still do the supervisor work for nowt as "personal development" :mad:

Louby - glad to hear LO seems to have settled a bit.
Padster - I've worked in chip shops before, when studying and unemployed. Unfortunately nothing ever puts me off chips! Combine that with the fact that I love free food (well, free enything!), and things are not looking good. I've gone from 10st 8lb before to tonsilitis to just under 10st this morning, so I'll have to try extra hard to resist temptation!

Hiya baby is fine this morning thanks, you wouldn't even know he looked so bad last night. He has just had another feed is all creamed up and letting it soak in while playing under his gym.

I am going back to the center today for after school club so i may just mention something but i don't want them to think i am accusing them. It could have been anything. I will ask for the other oil for next time although we did patch tests and nothing showed up in the 20 mins we had to wait.

I have one more card to do for the weekend but i will do that when kids are in bed. I am off to play with my fab little boy.
