Padster - I have posted my challenge card on my blog - lol xx
  • Thrifty thanks for kind words, most days are “good” but those horrendous DLA forms are enough to give anyone a bad day.

Louby glad ds rash better, think allergic reaction could be most likely, dd has very sensitive skin and can get patches of random rashes flare and disappear in really short space of time,

    Tomsmom- congrats super card

Paddington hope grey cloud lifts soon, <<hugs>>

Rainmac lovely challenge card and super box and gift for your friend. Will leave comments, for everyone, in blog land asap. Also thanks for adding details of charity stamp. I ordered mine already. Our local air ambulance is fantastic, has airlifted friend’s son after rugby accident and she said they were great as she went too and was terrified of flying!

Choccy – hope they find cause of fire soon and children can return to a normal routine.

Rusty hope things not too difficult with OH away, I know how hard I find it to ask for help so my thoughts are with you.

Tiredmom- sorry to hear you’re in pain, hope you feel more comfortable soon.

Twinklelittlestar- lovely challenge card, I’m now one of your followers.

JHB - hope nephews hand bit more comfortable, hope his parents lodge official complaint at school, teachers should’ve sent him to nurse straight away and if it wasn’t an accident will the child/children involved be disciplined?

Hope I remembered everyone sorry if I did miss anyone, it’s not you it’s my rubbish memory and attention span.

Morning all :) hope everyone is ok?

Congratulations to *~~~~~~~~~~~* well deserved win :D xx

Rainmac - I don't even know why I thought it!! ... maybe they should give them contraceptive devices that Melissa has just invented to all of these teenagers :rotfl:

Dragonllew - Good luck for your physio, is your pain easing any? hope you are ok xx

Louby - Ouch your little one looks so sore! My guess is that it looks like an allergic reaction of some kind! hope he is ok today.

JHB - Well done on the weightloss, and good luck for your course!! :j

Padster - Sending the blue skys and white fluffy clouds your way, you know where we are if you need anything xxx

Mumoffour - Are you still looking to do craft classes at the hospital? I have a box full of things which I was going to RAK on craftyplace, but if you are still planning to do things with the hospital then I will happily box it all up for you? can you let me know please. (It would be a heavy box and would have to be sent by courier)

Choccy - Sorry to hear about the school, I mean how awful having to look after children when they should be out from under our feet :rotfl: hope you and the boys are all ok, I must put credit on my phone and call you soon! xxx

Can't remember if I have missed anyone? ...

I am hurting loads still, really sick of all of this pain and got in the car this morning to take DS to school and realised that I can't drive, I am hurting too much in my leg to press the clutch down!! so major panic as I need to push myself to work through the pain so I can pick DS up. I can't walk to school cause of the pain so I use the car which is now causing pain! Anyway the good news is that we went to visit the diet woman yesterday to swap over some soups that are awful, she offered to weigh us both .... so after 2 days I have lost 6 1/4 llbs!! :j after 2 days! OH has lost 7llbs but she says men lose it faster! I am chuffed though :)

Fab news about your weight loss rusty!:j
I am still doing crafty things in the hospital.....If its to be sent via courier i can paypal you the money over...I wouldnt want you to have the cost!! As i live in northern Ireland!!
    :jIm going to be frugal:j

Ooh, let me at 'em, there'd be hell to pay tonight if it was me

You go TomsMom and when you've finished with that school, come and sort out my washing machine suppliers - it's been three weeks since my washing machine still under parts and labour guarantee has been MIA . I have been nice, been reasonable, complained, shouted, stamped, been a right !!!!!-on-wheels and has it made one iota of difference - nope. They don't provide you with replacements and my complaint is currently with the manager - who is supposed to call me back before 5 - well he's got 10 minutes, do I think he'll call, do I h*ll. I'm going to sound like my Mum here (heaven forbid) but things are really bad these days, no-one seems to be held accountable for anything .

Time to bring out the big guns then if I was you! Look at https://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk and send the people a strong worded letter, recorded delivery, so you have proof becuase they can offer you something over the phone and then say they never! I'll ask OH for advise if you want, he seems to be able to sell snow to the eskimo's lol

Think you're right thrifty customer service and helpfulness has almost vanished. Sometimes i think we're expected to just accept it when appliances breakdown and buy another new one, almost like it's "strange" to want them repaired!!
hope it's sorted soon i hate being without my washer- washing just piles up so quickly. x

Gemm ooh you lucky thing ordering your Craft Robo! I was going to order mine on my next pay day but OH has told me that i'm not allowed to and just to wait until my birthday unless he tells me otherwise.

I'd tell him I wanted my present early then, not sure I could wait that long once deciding to get one!! :rotfl:
