Tesco value noodles, were 9p, now 14p.
T value shortbread is now 30p:eek: was 17p (although it was cheaper still a while back). It's a shocker, I used to buy it to feed the birds but £land seed is better value now.0 -

Since my deliveries at the start of the month:
My tesco no longer stock value soft cheese - so I will instead use Mr S who have increased it from 27p to 45p
Basic/value butter has gone from 85p to 98p
Value fromage frais has gone from 20 odd pence to 45 - if I had noticed in time I wouldn't have accepted it.
Apparently the value noodles have shot up too.
I had a Mr T delivery last Monday and paid 99p for value butter. They prob think that no-one will noticeOfficially debt free :j0 -
Er, I never thought about it
My nanna always put stale cake out, so I do too.

Am I the only one reading and thinking ' How much!!!'. Good grief, it's not a penny here and there, this is ££'s on the average shop
Surely T's, S's, M's etc. will sell less of their own branded food if we can get the branded stuff for the same price?0 -
Hi
I used to buy Asda Smart Price Biological Washing Powder 2.4kg for about 1.40 (can't remember exact price), so that would be 58p per kg.
Now they have two sizes: 800g for 74p or 92.5p per kg and 4kg for £3.28 or 82p per kg. Trying to confuse us by changing the pack sizes!0 -
in Asda cheddar biscuits have gone up to 98p a packet:eek:
my one guilty pleasure:(
not at 98p a pack they're not
but farmfoods do them 2 packets for £1!
and in date by loads
my mum told me and i was dubious
they date was november
