I put on half a pound. Gutted :-(
Half a pound is nothing.. it's just the difference between drinking more on day than the next, or you ate more bread the day before and it bloated you up. You'll get rid of that + a bit more next week if you stick to it :)

Well done Fly Dragon Fly :D

I have lost 2.5Ib this week (since monday!) just cutting out bread and cutting down on the snacking. I'll go back to slimming world properly when I'm back to what I was before I needed a break for the doctor stuff :) Hopefully next week... mabe the week after :)

This is my second day of absolutly making sure that i stick 100% to the plan - and i've just eaten some garlic bread (i have no idea why - it was just there) so i'm feeling a little disappointed in myself at the moment (never mind).
I'm usually doing the extra easy, but am starting to wonder if i should try mixing it up with the green days. Although i love meat, i probablay am more crazy about pasta, and also only eat meat with dinner at night!! So my thinking is that maybe i should do extra easy at the weekends, and try doing green days throughout the week. Would this work? is it ok to swap days like that??

ok so just looked at my slimming world directory and i have just eaten about 8.5 syns (in garlic bread). So annoying - i've also eaten a muller light (chocolate with cherry underlay) so i've got to syn that also - making my total so far 10.5 syns (only 1/2 a syn over). I've also realised that the smoked mackerel i was intending on having for dinner tonight with a salad isn't actually syn free as i thought - so i'm going to have to try and think of something else to have for dinner (how annoying)

My slimming world consultant told me I should be eating 10 syns a day. Is that not right?? Can someone tell me otherwise? I'm not at the club any more, I really wasn't getting on with the group thing.
