oh dear 2lb gain this week but was totally worth it.
Just a few hours ago i was sitting on skeggy seafront eating proper chips and mushy peas. Been away for the weekend, drinking wine, eating doughnuts and eating a massive (and i mean massive) carvery roast diner. Gonna go straight back on it tomorrow though x
can't beat a bit of fish n' chips at skeggy beach!
wish i could go today lol0 -
How did everyone do- weigh in for me tonight.
Should have a reasonable loss this week as have been very good (less than 10 syns per day) and have even done some exercise (wow!)
What is super soup Fly Dragon Fly? HAve you already posted a recipe for this or was it a different soup?

Speed food Soup (syn free on Green and EE)
1 can mixed bean salad
1 can green lentils
2 cans chopped tomatoes
1 can bake beans
Handful of split lentils
2 large leeks
1 large onion
4 medium carrots
2 parsnips
1 each green, red and yellow peppers
2 vegetable stock cubes
Salt pepper
Mixed herbs
Water (enough to cover all ingredients)
Chop all vegetables. Put them and everything else into a large pan, cover with water, bring to boil and simmer until vegetables are soft (about 30 mins). Once cooked, the soup can be left chunky or blended smooth.
This makes about 6 pints of delicious soup but if you don't possess a humungous pan, it might be safer to halve the recipe
i blended it and it flew around my room twice but after that it was lovely
Found the recipe
There is also a vegeatble and lentil one on the SW website that I might give a go. Having that for a few lunches should see be get a pound or two off next week
Anyhoo, first things first- weigh in tonight and see what I've done this week!

BTW- this mousse was lovely! At 1.5 syns per portion (without adding the squirty cream liek I did!) it is a very tasty way to get a dessert while not using very many syns. This will be made again tonight!I've made a strawberry mousse for tonight (recipe on SW website in recipe archive 1.5 syns per serving) will have it with some strawberries and some cream (Anchor light squirty cream= 1/2 syn per tbsp, or 1 syn 12.5g- enough to go with strawberries and mousse!) so looking forward to that
Because this was so nice I tried the chocolate cake recipe from the recipe archive. All I can say is: DON't BOTHER! Bleurgh!
