You are still doing really well though :) Generally (and I do mean generally, doesn't always apply) guys can loose fat faster. SOmething to do with having more muscle and stuff but it depends (as always) on a million other factors like activity and BMR and all that :p

Still, you are gettiing some good losses :)

'only'?! That's pretty good. 1-2 is average so 2.5 is great. Tell her not to comapre herself to yu or her friends... everone's individual and she's doing great! Did you get slimmer of the week?

Shame- I didn't either as was a 'rejoin'. The lady that did get it had only lost 1/2 a Ib as she was only person who lost last week too :rotfl: :)

Just found a recipe for syn free meringue on another thread that consultant31 posted in 2008:
MERINGUES - syn free both days & can keep in airtight tin for week!

    4 Egg Whites
16 tbsp Splenda (allow 4 tbsp per Egg White)

    Preheat oven 110C

Line Baking sheet with non-stick baking paper.

In large bowl (make sure it's extremely clean and dry) whisk Egg Whites into soft peaks.

Whisk Splenda in a tbsp at a time till stiff then fold in remaining with metal spoon.

When whites become fluffy stop and lift up some mixture - it should stand up in stiff pointed peaks. Over-beating can lose air so check every few seconds. Too much Splenda added at once will soften whites and prevent crispness etc.

Beat mixture together well after each addition but don't over-mix!

Drop spoonfuls spaced apart onto paper using tsp for small or dessertspoon for large meringues!

Bake 90 mins or till dry and lift easily off paper (slow gentle cooking ensures they are light and dry with no stickiness).

    Cool at room temperature.

Might give this a bash tonight... sweet stuff - syn free! Yay!

That's what is was thinking. Fresh fruit and a fat free yoghurt (I'm currently favouring the Activia fat free yogs as Doc said they are good for the IBS stuff and I think they are creamier than mullerlights and less artificial tasting than the Shape lasting satisfactions)

I'll have a go and see what they're like. I'll let you know...
