Blood test result came back negative :j So it only means I have an intolerance to something.. just got to get figured out to what. At the moment my list is narrowed down to the usual suspects of bread and pasta, but also citrus fruits and mushrooms.
As of next week I am getting back on the wagon. (unfortunately going away bank holiday weekend as it is our 10 year 'anniversary' so it may get tricky then but really need to get motivated again) At least having a few days being good is better than continuing to eat all this bread and stuff which is making me feel rubbish

it also depends on what you've eaten and whether you've been to the loo, its can add/subtract the pounds0 -

Doing a few things differently this week to nudge myself back in the right direction.. stop snacking on chocolate and biscuits people bring into work, start eating Activia yoghurts (doctors orders) drink peppermint tea (good for digestion and Free
) And not having any bread this week at all.
I'm off to Edinburgh for the weekend with H2be, it will be our 10 year 'anniversary' and one year until we get marriedReally looking forward to it, even though the weather forecast is not too great

im not using slimming world but been eating extra healthy for two years and lost nothing:o put the weight on from surgery but i am now just facing up to this is my size. as for differences in weight i weigh half a stone to 3/4 stone more or less at different times of day - i know as in past i was vey regimented and used to check .... now i dont even own scales ... think they are in the loft somewhere :rotfl:
