Well i went back to my group after 5 weeks off and have put on 5lbs!!!:eek:

I am now back to track and hoping for 2-3 next week. Our group closed down for the period I wasn't there and we have a new leader who is awesome. She happy to not always go through all of our weight losses/gains etc and concentrate more on food and fitness ideas. I am so enthused and happy!!

Well done to everyone on here, you're all doing so well. I should really change my sig as I've now put on but it would mean I'm under my 3st and I just can't do it.... lol

Hye everyone, I am doing SW now to :D Finding it quite easy to be honest! The only thing I find difficult is on a green day what to take to work for lunch?? Was thinking maybe some cous cous/bulgar wheat or something cooked the night before and eaten cold. Anyone have any inspiration for me? Thanks x

I find lunches a bit of a pain as I am far too disorganised to cook something the night before lol!! I do sometimes take in couscous and cook it at work (pour boiling water over it) and add a load of salad to it. I also have the benefit of a micro and oven so often have jacket spuds with beans & cheese/tuna mayo (EE day). Or sometimes leftovers of last nights dinner. I also bring in 2 slices of wholemeal bread, measure out my cheese and have a cheese s/w. Sometimes it's nice to have something conventional if that makes sense lol!

I would be interested on other suggestions too!!

Could anyone let me know the password for this week? I don't want to loose all my info while I'm doing the doctor stuff as it resets if you don't login for a while :o

Oh- i tried the couscous and mullerlight idea and it works. It sort of has the consistency of tapioca but is definitely more filling than just having a yoghurt. :)
