Looks like we should resign ourselves to yoghurt and fruit during the week. And, save the good breakfasts for days off! :)
  • the way my work is going looks like i will be able to have fry ups everyday!

i have 7 hours next week its a bloody joke!
  • Helloooo i've joined slimming world tonight in an attempt to lose some of this weight before i get married.
I weighed in at 11.1 1/2 which is annoying 'cos i though i was 10.10 (ah well). I've decided to do extra easy, as it seems to be the easiest to follow. I really want to lose about 24 pounds, just so i look really good in my dress.
I've been riding or walking to work everyday, walking it takes about 50 mins, riding about 40 (when i ride i also have to ride home again so thats 40 x 2).
I so want to do this!!! So feeling quite motivated at the moment
Out of interest does anyone else have a problem with talking to the group - my class is quite large and i cringed when the consultant came to me and asked whay my goals are etc (i can see this becoming a problem)

My staple breakfast is 4 or 5 tablespoons of plain couscous, covered in boiling water and left to absorb (about 5-10 mins). Fluff up with a fork and add one chopped banana and a Mullerlight. It is quick, tasty and really filling - keeps me going till lunchtime.

'Marions rice' is simply pudding rice cooked with water instead of milk. Add sweetener if preferred and when it's cooked add yoghurt and chopped fresh fruit - similar to the above but not as quick to make, although there will be people who prefer rice to couscous.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!
