i think you pay just under £25 and for that you get 6 meetings so it saves you a fiver. We were told last week as we've got our electronic cards that if we pay the £25 we have to tell all holidays we want when we pay as you can't book them once you've paid the money. When i questioned it i was told by the leader its because its not designed to save you money but to encourage you to come to group every week x

    Yeah thats the countdown.
But WW do a monthly direct debit, I bet SW will offer that soon, what with going plastic & all.

I'm going to join SW (off to Mexico in Sep:D).
I hate the AA style meeting but I like the fact that you can eat regular food & just loose most of the treats.

Are they ever going to do a monthly direct debit thing like WW do you think? Especially now as they all have plastic cards?

A 5 week Countdown costs £24.75 and you get 6 vouchers. The 10 week CD costs £49.50 and you get 12 vouchers.

The ExpressWeigh system isn't in all groups yet but will be very soon.
I let my mind wander and it never came back!

I'm going to try the couscous breakfast recipe tomorrow. I 'm really gonna try and get back on the wagon, even though I' doing this food diary thing for the doctor. I really want to have lost another 7Ib by the end of May. I need to get this fat going! :)
