that brings me to 1 stone 4 lbs now although had i not gained a few times it would be more but still thats better than nothing!

well last week i lost another 2 pounds and got my half stone award. This week I forgot to not have my tea and put half a pound on! doh! So next week i am going to have my tea as my class finishes at 20h30 and I'm starving by the time we eat!

Be careful with the couscous cake as it is not syn-free. Also, rather than eating the quiche as a snack, try to make it the basis of a meal, with either salad or hot veg. It will help your weight losses if you incorporate lots of superfree foods with each mealI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Well done everybody on your losses! I can't wait for my test results then I can get going again. Unless it comes back as I am allergic to gluten then I'm going to eat my body weight in pizza, bread and other wheatey lovely-ness as I will have to give it up and never have it againBut hey-ho, cross that bridge if I come to it
