Hi girls, I am thinking of doing this online. Reeeeally need to lose some weight, just feela bit crap about myself to be honest
Just want to know if it is worth it (it's £60 for 3 months online) and if it's easy to follow? I am a bit confused about hwo it works to be honest...

I think it's much better if you actually attend a group. It costs about the same but you get the added benefits of the group support including recipe tips etc and a proper weigh in on scales that are accurate.
If things don't go as well as you had hoped, there's someone on the end of a phone that you can talk to and quite possibly another member who can advise that the same thing happened to her but she did xxx and it worked out well.I let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -

Id try to stick to one of the following
RIGATONI CON POLLO E FUNGHI 8.75
LINGUINE GAMBERI 10.95
INSALATA NICOISE 8.45 you can have chicken or prawns added.
Or id have one the steaks or chicken breast and add a side salad. i'd try to stear clear of the pizza but god they do look nice xx
