I think I will gain today
I weighed myself this morning (i know I know, you shouldn't

(and 2.5Ib more than yesterday morning!) Ok- I need to stop weighting myself daily
So I ate a Jammy Dodger in a fit of pique0 -

I lost 0.5 lb better than nothing right
:D Small steps in the right direction are better than steps backwards. Which I will be doing tonight, I fear
Even though I don't deserve it  It's all bloatedness or something from what I ate yesterday.. somehow.
Food yesterday:
Breakfast: Mullerlight
Snack:Mullerlight
Lunch: Salad: ham, lettuce, spring onion, cucumber, new potato, hard boiled egg 3 x babybel light HEA. Melon and vanilla yoghurt (m&s- free) 1tbsp salad cream 2.5 syns
Dinner: Steak, veg (onions, mushrooms, carrots sweetcorn broccoli) and potato wedges (and I didn't even eat it all )
Snacks: 2 x Alpen light bars HEB
So I'm not sure how that managed to make me put 2.5Ib on overnight but it appears to have  Ah well, the proof will be in the weigh in tonight!
I may have to go to 35syns for the week again. And my own version of the 'grapefruit diet' which was 1/2 a grapefruit before lunch and dinner (syn free so doesn't hurt anything). and will aim for 1 cup of green tea in morning and 1 in afternoon.

1.5Ib on
not as bad as i thought... hopefully have that off next week + extra again. This means that over 10 weeks at SW I have only lost 9Ib. Not even 1Ib per week... I need to get this fat moving!

Hi all, long time lurker, 1st time poster. I've been going to SW for nearly 2 years now. I love it and I find the support really helpful - I'm also a helper
Anyway, I'm about 10lbs away from my weight when I first startedI'm so gutted. I managed to get my 2 stone award last year, but ever since it's just crept back on. Last week I lost 5lbs through being a bit poorly - This gave me the motivation to try really hard to keep it going. I got weighed on Thursday and have put 5lbs back on again. I'm really disappointed as I tried really hard and ate loads of salad and healthy things. I've completely lost all hope that I'll ever fit into my wedding dress now.
I'm finding it difficult to food optimise at the moment because I'm so stressed out and I just want to binge eat to cope! I'm not saying my life is more stressful than anyone else's but I've got so much pressure on me with uni work at the moment that something has to give!
The stress of this work, trying to lose weight, and getting married is just a bit much.
Then last night someone smashed my fianc!e's car window.
I think I'm pushed to my limit, and I want to eat healthily and be good but It's too hard
Sorry for the long post, I just needed to vent.

Wanting to lose weight isn't enough, you have to have the commitment to completely change the way you shop, cook and eat.
It sounds as though you've got too many things to think about at the moment, so if I were you I'd take a deep breathe, step back from things and just chill out in a nice warm bath with candles and soft music.
If you can't commit to the changes you need to make just now, stop worrying about it. Your time will come, something will click in your head and you'll be able to lose weight but until then make the most of the assets you have (bigger girls have their sexy bits too you know).
Enjoy the lead up to your weddingI let my mind wander and it never came back!0 -
I agree completely with consultant31, theres no point trying to start anything unless you can really commit to it, its the most demoralising feeling when you either lose some weight and put it straight back on or to really struggle and only loose a few pounds.
Ive lost count the times ive started a diet or tried to eat more healthy and failed. thats the reason why i love sw extra easy plan, its the first time i feel like im actually re educating myself rather then dieting.March 2014 Grocery challenge £250.000
