i tend to weigh myself on the day at home as well wish i hadn't know,

my scales are in sync with slimming worlds ones i think and if they are right i have gained 1 and a half lbs this week

so dont expect much from me.

i have realised that when i have money i eat the rubbish stuff and when i dont have money i lose weight.

think i need to go back to weekly shopping and not daily.

    good luck all :)
  • Good luck anyway dragon.

Ive no idea how ive done but have been a little naughty so please dont count on a big loss from me either!

Ill post tonight how I get on xx

Hi everyone could I join in please? I started last week and go for group tonight. I have been very good and hope to have a good weight loss. Let's see?! I must say I very tempted to not go in my jeans like I did last week!

    Hi everyone

Not best pleased as i lost only 1/2 pound this week. My food hasn't changed from last week but my leader said if i look at it over 2 weeks its 3 pounds so that made me feel a bit better.

Did have a bit of a shock yesterday, I follow ee so i can have 1 hea and 1 heb and my hea is always semi skimmed milk but if im completely honest i have never measured it out even though i have cut down the amount i have on my weetabix in the morning but i probably drink 10-12 teas and coffee throughout the day(especially when im bored at work). So yesterday i thought id go back to basics and measure everything and when i measured the milk i couldnt believe how little it was, even though ive cut down on my cereal i dont think that amount would even cover it so when i add on my milk for my hot drinks (approx 1/2 syn per dash) i dread to think how many extra syns ive been having EVERY DAY,

Measuring the HE can make a big difference! Time to switch to herbal tea? I've found Green tea is quite good- tastes like a strong cuppa normal tea to me but also has added benfits for weight loss apparently- speeds up metabolism or something. Worth a try?
Well done on your loss by the way! I will be happy with 0.5 off tomorrow, if I'm lucky :o

    Hiya p pincher,
I found that with the milk as I drink a lot of tea too as well as ready brek for breakfast. I switched to skimmed milk, that bit extra you get means I rarely go over.. may be worth a try? x
