Occasional cup of tea atwork uses maybe one syn a day, but I mostly drink diet coke or green tea

I 'waste' most of my syns on coke, I just cant stand diet coke! It feels like such a waste of syns too! x:heart2: Got Married on 30/4/11 :heart2:

100mls for 1.5 syns, hmm if I drop orange juice in the morning then that might be worth it. I love cheeseWish I could have more than one type though.

I don't like diet coke but I love Coke Zero and that's free. I spend my syns on chocolate, half the reason I've put on weight is since I've discovered a way to eat chocolate again (am lactose intolerant).No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
Good idea about the green tea, was thinking about that earlier. Ill nip into somerfield on the way work tomorrow. I do like black coffee so think i may give that a try.
im the same with diet coke, cant stand it but everyone else i know drinks it by the bucketful. I went round my friends on saturday evening and I knew everyone would be drinking so i thought id better take my own drink round so i tried sprite zero and it was lovely.

i gained 1 but i was expecting two so that isn't to bad.
well done on the loses ladies.
i am now doing my weekly shop with ocado so i don't buy anything extra!
by the weigh if your getting bored of muller youghuts although it is still one the vanilla with dark chocolate bits in it is synFREE!!!
and you can have 6 laughing cow light squares for your hea. ( found that out today too)
(i dont drink tea or eat cereal )
today i have had to eat :
Breakfast - nothing
Lunch - crab sticks , salad, light mayo ( 1 syn) , ww bread 2 slices
dinner - pasta, 2 laughing cow squares, quorn sausage and a dry fried egg
pudding muller youghut.0 -
I dont like muller lights so eat the danone low fat activas instead.
Put on 1/2 which like FDF I expected. Need to try harder.:j0 -
