Totally pathetic. But I guess we (me included) should stop commenting as this is what Parking Eye want and do as Alexis says and hit the spam button when the no-mark next appears. They are clearly very desperate to get news of this supposed win out to cause as much chaos as possible. And no doubt to spin the old lie that it is a landmark test case.0

I am unsure why they need this fake case as they are "100% sure" they are going to beat me in court next week!0

Depends what you mean by fake ..I would describe it as unclear as no real detail is provided by the Parking Eye team who are posting here and Pepipoo.
A respected poster has confirmed the case took place , posted on Pepipoo .."Well, the defendant certainly turned up for the hearing (so the troll wasn't blowing smoke on that, albeit she/he is wrong about Alexis's involvement). I had an e-mail back from the Clerkenwell and Shoreditch County Court this morning saying:-
"According to our cause list, the defendant attended in person and the claimant was represented by counsel.
Yours faithfully
Clerkenwell & Shoreditch County Court"
I've sent an e-mail back asking if the cause list reveals the name of the barrister who attended for Parking Eye.

i got my parkin eye parkin charge on 5 oct,, then notice to owner on 13th,final notice23 oct sayin charge gone up to £110 after 3 nov,,then got roxburghe debt collector letter on 21 nov, gone up to £167.. now today 7 dec got solicitor letter,, notice of intended litigation....saying next course of action is court proceedings... gettin worried now ... charge gone up to £207... letter says seek independant advice an not to take notice of anecdotal info on internet... help0

The letter from the solicitor is undoubtedly Graham White solicitors and signed by M Sobell!!!!.
Which means YTS Jim has changed the letterhead in the printer from Roxburghe to Graham White!!!!
Don't worry they send hundreds of the same letter out never carried through their threat of action!0 -
Hi All,
Some excellent advice here and I do wish I had read it before...I just appealed against a parking eye PCN!!
Am in trouble now or shall i just ignore any further correspondence?
Sorry if this sort of situation is stated anywhere else, but after two an half hours of reading, i have read its ok to ignore them and to NEVER respond, BUT no mention on what to do if you have responded.
Also my wife is registered disabled and there are no disabled bays (well only one) but we still paid for a ticket and got charged on a slight over stay buy £90!!!! (there is more to the storey but don't want to bore you guys!...but if would like to know I will provide a copy of the email i sent them)
So now the wife is worried sick and driving me crazy for getting the fine (apparently its always my fault!)
I Look forward to any advice.
Thanks.0 -
Tell your wife to relax and both ignore Parking Eye. Even by admitting who the driver was, does not make the charge any more enforceable. Or any more likely that beyond the usual threats anything at all will happen.0
