  • Do not even bother with the time and effort in appealing. The pcn is only an invoice. It is not enforceable. It is guaranteed that they will reject your appeal. Yep guaranteed! Why? Because they are after your cash. Its a scam. The pcn or shell i say invoice is not enforceable. They will try there level best to thtraten you. But just ignore all letter. Also one thing that made me laugh was thr address of the debt collrcters is the same as parking eye. Whay a give away.

They will lose at court and they know. Thats why they will not bother. Its just one big attempt to scare you into paying. They cannot enforce it.

JUST KEEP BINING THE LETTERS. Lol

I posted this on 8th September. A week later I received my second notice, and just assumed that the cancellation hadn't gone through the system yet. However, today I received my FINAL NOTICE in the post, so it would seem the gym did eff all about it... Do I continue to ignore the letters or do I take them into the gym and yell? ;)

So you've had 19 days to read the stickies or follow the other advice on over 5000 ppc threads on here, and you still have to come back and ask the same question???

    How bizarre.

Alright, no need to get shirty about it. I think you have misunderstood my question to be honest. I was asking whether I should complain to the gym, not whether I should appeal. I know very well it is a scam.
  • Its up to you, it seems the gym ignored your request or just said they would cancel without actually doing so, anyway continue to ignore the ppc.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

You need to do a cost benefit analysis......

What effort will it take to complain [the cost to you], vs what benefit would you get from such an action.

I'd suggest you're wasting your time.....but hey go ahead.

Go to the gym and speak to the manager. Tell him your disgraced with your false promise. And threaten to cancel your membership and find another gym. But at the same time tell them you've paid it because your scared(but really you hav'ent he he he) Then demand some kind of discount or good deal for the gym etc for your trouble.
As for parking eye, just keep binning the letters the last one will be from ccs I think. Thats it!!!!!!!!!!
