Parking Eye - Nasty tricks

I imagine they just think they can get away with it more given the clients they'd have in Gosport, either way, ignore.0

I believe that all the parking notices are unlawful. I also think that anyone who has paid a fine can recover their money.
I would like to collate a list of car parks run by Parking Eye. Can anyone help?0 -
Yesterday i received my 3rd letter.......... which was about 2 months after the second letter, thought they had forgotton.(spoke too soon).
Well this letter for £180 from croydon, surrey office that i have not paid my fine, and that they wrote to me 2wice.

Yes still ignore. They never knock on anyones door as they are not bailiffs and have no power to do anything.0 -
Really interesting reading all this but here's my story... the gym I use shares a car park with Lidl and is run by Parking eye. I foolishly overstayed my welcome ( too many other things happening) and have now received a letter from Roxburghe debt collectors telling me I owe £168. I have received no other letters and dont know what to do?
Help I terrified that thugs will come knocking.0 -

Have you found something, anywhere that would suggest that you should stop ignoring them??? I mean anything at all???Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why then you're as thick and stupid as the moderators on here - MSE ForumTeam0 -
It never ceases to amaze me how many people believe that a debt collector can come and empty their house because a private company says they owe them some money.0

Hi,
have been reading this thread with interest as have just received an 'invoice' from Parking Eye. I'd really love to ignore it, but I have an NHS lease car and all letters go to the Car Leasing Department before coming to me...do you think this means I'll have to pay? The letter from NHS states that if I don't tell them I've paid, they'll pay it for me and take it out my wages!!!0
