BHS - possible glitch

The courier tried to deliver my order this morning but I was out... typical!!! so have arranged for re-delivery tomorrow. Didn't order too much as didn't want to take the p*** but if I get all the items ordered will be happy. £28 worth of goods for £4.30 cannot be bad.

I think if they charge me full I will take it back into store for refund.

But the money has already come out of my bank and it is at the discounted price. Did they take the money in two lots nettynora, or did they take it all at once? Can they come back for more money once it has been taken from your bank?

I dont see why they would be able to take more money.....when we pay we authorise them to take (the amount) out of our account....therefore it would be illegal for them to take more without our further authorisation...would in effect be theft

I placed my order at 9.30 Sunday morning and got a confirmation email right away. I've heard nothing since. Wish I'd registered for the website now so I could see the status of my order. I know the funds have been taken from my account and really want to ring them but don't want to risk it. Anyone else in same boat?

If I was you I would wait....could sit tight until the 3-5days postage gets close to finishing.....perhaps on the 4th day (as if it isnt dispatched by then, it aint comin lol) so I would wait until midday tomorrow, then call them

hi i was the same i placed my order around the same time and did not register i recieved my parcel earlier and only recieved email after taking delivery,thanks to the op ordered £28.00 worth paid £4.30.

Glad you are all getting stuff come through,

so just remeber when someone says nah you wont get, you are wasting your time = you have to be in it to win it!

Some orders came today but not had chance to open them yet as carpet fitters are here.

I ordered the £4.93 lipsy dress also though and that got cancelled....havent yet recieved my BHS goodies but theyre meant to be here today.....just goes to show you win some you lose some....and you get some headaches along the way
