But why BHS has not informed me whatsoever about the missing items and taken full payment?! I'm going to phone them us to ask for the goods. :mad:


*oops I just realised at the bottem of the packing list it says, the remainder of the order will be delivered seperately. I gotta hold on the phone call. It could be good news in the end.

yeah my glitch items are missing too...wonder if they will come or not....I wrote on mine that the bottom of the packing list (mine) says that as it is very easy to miss

Is this 'packing list' a separate thing to the email? I had no documentation at all with my order - have just double checked and there was nothing.

I've had a dispatch email for my second (just a few items, £5ish) order, placed just before 1pm Sunday afternoon, but nothing about the first order (£5ish again) that I put in about 10 minutes earlier!?

in my parcel I got 2 sheets of A4 paper, one with the T&C's on, the other with the parcel list on HTH

Great,have received my 2 orders,nothing missing.new clothes for the kids and some school clothing.now to find something to do with the 15 pairs of tights.By the way i received an email for only 1 of my orders and that was straight after i placed it,had no despatch emails for either and money has only been taken for 1 of the orders so far.

I placed an order sunday 4.45pm. Got confirmation email straight away and amount has been debited but I have not heard or seen anything yet?!! :cool:

Had one item missing from 2 orders. It was £14 but only got refunded 17p. Said I would have to order again. I wasn't going to, but I might phone them to tell them my other order I paid £6.39 when it should have been 39p. Well, it should have been about £50 but that's not what the invoice says.

Same here, I placed 2 orders Sunday about 11.30am. Status still showing as 'submitted'.
