BHS - possible glitch

Two of my missing items turned up today. 2 packs of tea towels! Strangely, it had a sticker on marked 24 hr express!

Got my last parcel today, a lovely dress that will hopefully fit by the time I need it! And also 8 green pillow cases and 4 pink ones, also got 4 face flannels, very nice and thick too.

Overall, am impressed, not checked if I'm banned though.

Think its great some of you are still getting your parcels.

My one and only glitch order was cancelled but ordered the one thing I really needed on sunday evening and it arrived yesterday afternoon! So Im definitely not banned! Actually couldnt believe how quickly it arrived. At least I got free delivery.

well I recalled them yesterday and got a;
'well you dont actually expect to recieve them do you?!?! You should be happy with what you have got for that price' :eek:

Needless to say I now have the MD's details and the complaints address.....

I received all my items in 2 seperate packages. Very pleased. £28 worth of items for £4.30. Wish I had ordered more but didn't want to appear greedy in case they decided to cancel the order.

I tried to place an £80 order tonight and its telling me they don't deliever to me, ive been blacklisted when its their fault their site gave the discount (they didn't even give me the order!). I've had to send it to my grandparents but im really annoyed with bhs!

Still waiting for part of my 3rd order I am going to wait until the end off this week to see if it is delivered then contact CS, I did call Customer Service last Monday it took me 20 mins to speak with someone about my missing orders, one item off my 2nd order was refunded because it was OOS, cost was £6 refunded £1.

Their customer service is appualing, if I had not contacted them would they have ever got in contact with me about their OOS, When i do track my 3rd order it states it has been delivered, Yeah, part of it has but their is no invoice inside your bag to let you know what you are still outstanding.

Reading back through other people posts is shocking I can't believe some are not allowed to place more orders I think thats very silly of BHS.They honered the glitch, they didn't have too.

why would you still order from them then? surely you can shop elsewhere?
without the glitch everything seems over priced to me

Hi All I ordered shoes on 21st February and asked for store delivery but I still haven't received them. Got E-Mail stating they were dispatched 23rd Feb. Is it normal to take so long for delivery. Many thanks

Well that was a waste of time, spent about 20 minutes on the phone. They decided it was lost and were keen to refund, they gave back £8.24 of the £9.64, I got the 5 towels but not any of the items I was after
