BHS - possible glitch

i had one item missing which would cost £6, it was also an item that did not get the discount but they only refunded £1.27! dont know where they get that figure from. not too fussed though still got a bargain

Definately my address that has been banned tried to order with my OH's bank card delivered to my mums- wouldn't have that either.
Interestingly they still have my money from my orders - no cancellations yet for the 2 i'm waiting for :think:

Well if they have banned us all I think they are being a bit short sighted. We are more likely to shop with them in the future if we got our items and were satisfied.

Anyone else banned?

Just wondered if these were your first ever orders with BHS, my order was cancelled too but items never went OOS. It was my first order with them and wondering if code wasnt meant for people who had never ordered with them before? Did anyone get an order who had never used BHS online before? And all of you who have had orders have you ordered previously, just a thought as there seems to pot luck whether your order was cancelled or not. Was debating whether to order this weekend with the free delivery but I dont think I want to know if I've been banned. :eek:

are you banned too peaches? You can check just by putting something in your basket and trying to checkout - it's something to do with billing address, as I tried delivery to store too!

I have made several orders previously but hadn't bothered to set up an account- mainly because I could never see where the heck you did so!

was my first order with BHS and ive recieved half of it lol......as for the addresses been rejected now, I just got through to the confimation page with a random item and it didnt say anything about not delivering to my house.....im gonna call them either tomorrow or Monday to find out where the rest of my order is.....or at least get some money back

well I presumed BHS CS would be open today to call and find out where the rest of my order is....but theyre not so Ill give them a ring on Monday

I went into my local Bhs today for a bedside lamp for dd and saw lots of items that were supposedly oos on one of my orders. I think there will be further reductions as they had lots of reduced stock.
