One of them is still shown on my account online. But when I sign in online not all the orders show. Some of the orders already received did not show on the account online. Its totally random!

my greedy side wishes I had ordered more than one order......lol could have got so much with this glitch (or at least tried to!!!) :beer: hope your other 2 come through!

UPDATE

Went into town today to BHS, wanted to exchange the £7 toilet brush holder (as no lid was sent with it) and one of my £3 soap dishes as chipped. Took the printed sheets that came with the parcels. I didn't realise but as my BHS is only small they didnt do homeware, I was going to be quite happy with an exchange but as not possible lady put the £10 (full price) back on my card - wish I had taken a few more soap dishes back now lol. I really wasn't expecting a refund as not sure what info the sheets show when she types stuff in - thought she would see the toilet brush holder order came less to £7 in total.

So if you ordered some fillers under the P&p that you don't really want looks like you can return to store for refund and be in credit on what you ordered

I think I am going to call them re: the glasses.....surely they should be here today (meaning theyre in transit) or should have been here yesterday.....?
