BHS - possible glitch

Half of my order has been delivered. Cant understand why its been split really as it was 3 very similar boys t shirts and only two have come. The other item that arrived was a chemise for me and missing were some t towels. It does say the rest of the order will come separately on the bottom of the delivery slip.

still no news on my 2nd order tho' (only placed 2 orders)

So if you ordered some fillers under the P&p that you don't really want looks like you can return to store for refund and be in credit on what you ordered

I took the stuff back today that didn't fit my daughter, 2 pair's of shoes and a skirt-I didn't want to get a refund, thought that'd be taking the p***! So i got some other bit's in the sale as exchanges-kids stuff and it had an extra 20% off too!

I must say, full marks to BHS for honouring a lot of people's orders, I am ver impressed and are more likely to shop with them now.

I must admit, the quality of the items Ive received will make it more likely I'll go back to Bhs for more things. I used to shop there ages ago, and then because of moving home and job it wasnt in easy reach for a while, but it is now. I was particularly impressed at the quality of the towels and of the school uniform dresses.

All 3 of my orders were cancelled as everything was "out of stock" but instock on the website (including my order where I got a £30 duvet only down to about £25) so I figured I had nothing to loose and rang them. Over 10mins later they told me it was because of the code being applied several times

Cancellation email received for the last one but heard nothing at all from the first 2 I made.

I have just tried to order something I wanted that was in the cancelled order and it seems like I've been banned:eek:

I'm sorry, at present, we don't deliver to this postcode. Please refer to the frequently ask questions; 'What areas do you deliver to?'
Well that's a bit strange as they had no problems delivering the stuff I ordered at xmas:cool:

Edit - seems I'm definately banned - just tried again several times and got the same message. Tried with same details name, postcode, etc, but put my neighbours house no. in and it let me thru:eek:

Oh no! we're not all blacklisted are we?

Apparently my last order is on its way, I have received an email this evening. I have no idea if I will get the missing items, but Im not going to complain if this order is complete. Fingers crossed for missing items though.

Phew! Just checking my emails (again) when I spotted a BHS one. I read through squinted eyes, expecting it to be a cancellation but it's a despatch notice!

I've just had a cancellation email - I hadn't ordered very much either - says stuff is out of stock but if its' still for sale on the site I'm going to challenge them for the real reason
