  • Received 2 of my 5 items today. No dispatch note in. Still a bargain though even if I don't get the other items.

The first payment was my last order and hasn't arrived and by mastercard, the second 2 payments where by Amex and are what I've just picked up. Very strange how they do it!

I got a skirt and 2 pairs of shoes for my daughter and none of them fit, I wonder if I'll be able to exhange them....and if I dare try.
  • I have received my order, some arrived yesterday and the rest today.

    thanks again OP!
    Debts @ 20-04-14 = £10,987
  • Not heard anything about delivery for my order but just going to sit tight and hope for the best after all the worst case scenario is I get my money back...

I received only 1 item in my order (a full price ladies clothing) even though the dispatch e mail stated the other items (7 cheaper items). Haven't heard anything else to say they are cancelled, but strange they don't email and let you know what is happening. I wouldn't think I would shop online with them normally in the future as their customer service seems to be suspect...

At the bottom of the packing slip it says "the rest of your order will be shipped seperately", but again, nothing to say what the rest of the order is..like most other stores do.

Just a waiting game to see if the others arrive!

p.s. did anybody order and get the king of the couch carlsbergs?

Today I got a parcel with the remaining items for yesterdays delivery -gloves, so they did come.

I got a bathroom pedal bin and a toilet brush cleaner - but the lid is missing - I phoned and they said I could exchange instore as I am in town tomorrow. More picnic plates arrived and my 9 hampers.

All my orders sent have now been in full, just not heard a thing on 4 orders - the one with panini maker and one with kitchen bin, plus a clothing order and another school wear order - these include pillowcases and side plates.

Iv'e had my order come but lots of items are missing. I rang up just to see if they were coming in a different package and the CS said no they are def missing and that it isn't even as though they are out of stock they just haven't been picked for sending so i said could you send me them and she said no i can only offer a refund and you can re-order if you still want them. Boo as i really wanted the slippers i'm missing.

The refund has just come though and they have only refunded me £2.78 when it should be £12 I don't know how they work it out to be that, because if they have deducted the postage from the items it still wouldn't be that.

This seems a bit strange doesnt it? I wonder if its a deliberate strategy to leave orders short to either compensate themselves or to prompt us to phone up to catch us out or something?
