BHS - possible glitch

I've had all 3 orders now.

1st one came complete (3 items)
2nd one had 1 despatch email but came in 2 packages over 2 days
3rd one - same as 2nd one - only 1 despatch email but came in 2 packages over 2 days

Could you guys who have received complete split orders check the dispatch email, that whethe there are different DHL tracking numbers for each order?

I received the first lot split orders yesterday morning from 2 orders however there is no sign of the remaining deliveries. The dispatch email shows only 1 DHL tracking number for each order which has stated delivered.

I just got a refund for one of my orders, but it was the whole order that was cancelled (£9.09), and I didnt receive any of it.

There is another order that I have heard absolutely nothing about, but Im hopeful it could still come. I need to make a list to make sure I have everything Ive paid for. Its not easy keeping track when you make a few orders. In my case though, its still the more expensive orders that have been fulfilled, the cheaper one was the refunded one.

What's your favourite item received so far?

i have never ordered off bhs, so im just wondering, how long does it usually take larger items like kitchenware to arrive? cos thats basically what i ordered. and still no despatch or cancellation emails or refunds pending via paypal. i really have no idea wats going on.

Just done an inventory. I am missing 3 orders I paid for and havent had refunds for. No despatch emails for these. I have received 3 orders, one incomplete, and had one refunded. I will sit tight for another few days, I dont intend to phone up unnecessary, but if three of the orders which I have paid for dont turn up I will phone them in about a weeks time, as these 3 orders are totalling about £48.

It is totally random the order in which I have received the orders, some were early ones, some were late, all had a variety of stuff on, so I cant work out how they prioritise picking the orders.

I was hoping for another 3pm delivery today, but so far nothing.

Anyone else had a delivery today?

Yes, they emailed me earlier in the week, before I received my other stuff, but I checked my bank and it just got paid in today. It was the cheapest order they refunded funnily enough.

So its possibly a good thing having not heard anymore. lol Ah i can only wait and see. If only i could have paid for express delivery!

Iv'e had my order come but lots of items are missing. I rang up just to see if they were coming in a different package and the CS said no they are def missing and that it isn't even as though they are out of stock they just haven't been picked for sending so i said could you send me them and she said no i can only offer a refund and you can re-order if you still want them. Boo as i really wanted the slippers i'm missing.

The refund has just come though and they have only refunded me £2.78 when it should be £12 I don't know how they work it out to be that, because if they have deducted the postage from the items it still wouldn't be that.

Just received my order but the 3xgirls school trousers were missing,and shorts I dont think ill ring up as they were only £4 each so only paid 5p each and the shorts were £3 each which means i would owe them, canr moan tho, great find all for the grand total of £3.99.. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.... the girls needed new bit of uniform too..
