That's right lil_tiger. Didn't know whether I was going to get the 2nd delivery or not, esp as some people had parts of their order cancelled. I had no delivery note in the first parcel either.

BTW Huge thanks to claire and HUKD op - great glitch.
Is it wrong to be gutted that just as I was putting in a 3rd order (when it finally dawned on me how to get the best out of the glitch ) the BHS system updated and corrected the code? :rotfl: Ah well, here's to the next glitch

I ordered 17.15 on 21st. Had acknowledgment email and my invoice was online. Money taken from paypal. I've heard nothing since, so assume I just need to wait?

I ordered on the 21st at 3pm I have not received any other emails other than the initial web order sales, I rung and spoke to a CS who was rather abrupt and told me the order had been cancelled because of the heavy discount and received an email as soon as I put the phone down about cancellation due to unavailability which is probably standard, maybe it is best not to ring CS ....

I guess they didnt take any money from you then??? Im sure we all know they are pretty much within their right to do that as it is a blatant glitch (how much did you (try to) save by the way???) but I think it gets a bit messy where they part ship orders, and have other things apparently out of stock. They obviously wont refund how much the items were priced at, but even I wouldnt be able to work out how much they should refund, surely something should be refunded and they cannot charge us more for items we have recieved.....but I wouldnt like to be the one figuring it out lol :rotfl:

Unlucky digforit. It's usually best not to contact the company when a glitch like this happens. Better to sit tight and hope the order goes through rather than bringing their attention to it. Sometimes it can get a bit tense especially when there is a long delay between ordering and dispatch but it's all part of the fun

I spent £13.35 saving about £50 I did actually want the items, but seeing as the CS was abrupt will go elsewhere, well done to those who got their bargains enjoy........

I think your right nettynora about the waiting game , I wanted the items but at the end of the day they were treats for other people

Well i just called Customer Services as I heard nothing and she said, it is not a problem my order is on its way and should be with me today or tomorrow. She was very helpful and said their system was having errors and taking ages to upload orders.

I paid 9.99 on £50 order

Also reminds me of what DH said. I ordered him a shirt which was reduced to £10 then with the 3.95 off I suppose it was £6. I did this because when we got the stuff from John Lewis he said "Where's mine?". When he opened it, he said "Its a bit gay!". I dont know why I bother. What is puzzling is the shirt is white with a charcoal check in it. How can that be gay? If it was pink I would have understood it.

Just had an email from bhs re my 2nd order - 2 of the items out of stock and are refunding!!! This is going to be interesting as the whole order only cost me £4.95 after discounts and the items to be refunded (2 x baby sox at £3.00) are worth more than I am paying!!! I wonder what will happen now, any ideas????
