BHS - possible glitch

I got my order today too (well, most of it - a 10-pack of girls pants is being sent separately apparently :rotfl:), and my account has been debited with the bargain amount - brilliant - BHS schoolwear for Primark sale prices :T.

were these listed on the dispatch email? Im confused, all the items were on the same dispatch email, but not everything came, but there was a note saying the rest of the items will be seperate...confusing lol

wow, the waiting was kinda exciting the first 2 days but now its getting annoying,lool.
no emails apart from confirmation a few minutes after ordering, money has been taken...i wonder wats going on...
if they come, it will be totally amazing:rotfl:

Some of my stuff, or should I say most of my stuff has come, and Im really pleased. But there isnt an explanation for the missing stuff. One of the things missing was a crystal champagne flute, on the same order I had a crystal sherry glass and this was packed in a box with the school uniform dresses and at the bottom of the delivery note it said "this completes the order" (no it doesnt!). But I suppose the rest could come tomorrow so Im not saying anything.

I will put an update on tomorrow if I get the rest of the stuff.

Big thanks again to Claire21 and Hotdeals UK. Im well chuffed with the stuff I have. The school uniform stuff is lovely quality, especially the gingham dresses.

they have taken the money for my order .... and have now decided to cancel it!!!

The reason for the cancellation was they said I had entered the code 5 times on one order... which of course i didnt

Refund will be through in 5-7 working days

I'm confused here too, dispatch email said everything was coming, i get 3 items turn up out of 9
apparantly the rest is following, i could just make out of the invoice as they were clearly running out of ink when they printed it!

couple of hours later i get a refund of 91p for 6 pairs of baby socks!

that doesnt explain where my dd's dress set is or my ds's top.

So as things stand i've paid £6 odd for a boys top (£5 in sale anyway) and 2 pairs of knickers not even my size not such a great bargain if the other things don't arrive. I needed them baby socks too

Now Ive got a lot of my stuff, and hopefully some other stuff is on the way, I keep thinking, what I should have ordered more of/less of. But when you are putting these orders in you dont know whats going to come through so you take a chance and order a variety of goods from different departments, or at least thats what I did.

I actually wish I had ordered more school uniform dresses, the ones that were £7, because if you think about it they were only £3 each and you have trouble getting them for that in the sale. But I kept looking for things that were about £4 and by the time I got on to it (afternoon) they were mostly gone apart from socks.

What is odd is it seems totally random if you get your stuff or not. It doesnt seem to be if you ordered first you get it. I wonder if its regional, or if they have just fulfilled all the more expensive orders or what. The order that I got cancelled was for 9.09, yet the orders that came were between 24.80 and 13.15. Has anyone got a theory yet?

Get a refund if its not any good. Can you take them into shop with your invoice and get a refund? I know you can do that with M&S online as Ive done it.

Just checked that photocopied sheet that came with the orders, yes you can go into the shop for a refund. Its a chance you take when you make these orders, there are no guarantees with glitches!
