BHS - possible glitch

I made 2 orders on sunday morning around 11am and received the notification emails. I received a cancellation email yesterday for 1 order due to unavailability of stock and have heard nothing since ( lets hope no news is good news)

The money for both orders have been taken from my account today but i think its a little early to ring. I imagine there is a backlog of orders and with no further cancellation email im being hopeful the other order will arrive.
Now i must get back to housework as ive done very little today! I hope you all get your orders soon.

Mine have been delivered to home, but I am at work, assume all is ok, how good is that.

I mainly got tights which were around £4 per pair, we (my daughters and myself) needed them so well chuffed.

although its not all here....I ordered 2 bras, 4 tights and 8 glasses

this contains the bras and tights....so just waiting for the glasses, the bottom of the 'packing list' says :"the remainder of the order will be shipped seperately"
Chuffed that theyve sent the more expensive things (the wonderbra's) but I still want the glasses lol, they would come in useful guess I need to wait for another dispatch email?????
slightly confused also as it was delivered in an unmarked white van...not the normal HDNL ones :beer:

Mine is here!!! My girl is alright for tammy girl knickers for quite some time lol! Both my orders made in the afternoon turned up, none of them were for small amounts as I saw a few nice bits for her birthday but heavily discounted will do me fine thankyou!

I darent go out as yesterday the delivery didnt come until 3! So dont give up yet. Good job DH is at home to fetch the kids. I will be upset if it doesnt come, something to look forward to. Its kept us all entertained hasnt it?

Great to hear lots of you are lucky and getting your orders, makes up for the disappointment for mine being cancelled! I should have been a bit braver and tried more than 1 order.....

I placed 2 orders at about 7pm Sundy. One cost £35(should have been over £60) the other £17.50(should have been over £30). Got confirmation email staight away with the itemised invoices. No callcellation email ever since.

Then this morning I got both orders delivered, however a big part of the items are missing. Or should I say, all the glitch items are missing.

In my first order I wanted the bedding set at £30 which I did get it in the parcel, but got none of the 13 other items.

My second order, I only got 2 out of 8 items!

One thing I want to say though, on the packing list came with the parcel, it stated clearly what I got is what on the packing list. I paid by paypal as well, both of the full payment has been taken from my bank. I supposed there should be a refund since all the stuff I got here is less than what I have paid.

But why BHS has not informed me whatsoever about the missing items and taken full payment?! I'm going to phone them us to ask for the goods. :mad:


*oops I just realised at the bottem of the packing list it says, the remainder of the order will be delivered seperately. I gotta hold on the phone call. It could be good news in the end.

Well they tried to deliver to me but I wasn't in grr, will go to collect tomorrow.
Although, I have had an email to say one of the items has been refunded, a total £4.01 but it is meant to have been despatched. If I got everything else I would have paid 15p for 3 baby pairs of socks, and a pair of little girls shoes.
Strangely, I have still only got one payment showing on my cc account.
