BHS - possible glitch

I've had the tracking code for my order of three flat blue single bed sheets at two pairs of baby bootees for £5.20. Very pleased bump needs warm feet and I needed blue bedding for new nursery :j

I have a despatch email for my first order, horray!!!!
Just 2 gardening sets, 2 different baby tops, a baby's fleece, a pair of expensive tights (£8.50!!!!) and all for 10.95 - well pleased!!
Just hope I get my 2nd order - which was a little better planned, 4 lots of baby sox, 1 baby tights, 2 face cloths, 1 apron and all for £4.95 - fingers crossed!!

Received my order yesterday having placed it on Sunday pm. :jAll complete & only £9.20 taken off my card. Didn't order anything exciting, only 5 x 5 pairs sports socks for DS.Everything else was sold out!! Thank you to OP for the info :T

woo hoo!!! my orders are on the drivers van!!! i didn't take the p*** either, two lampshades and lots of beer, gardening dvds and christmas lights to bring the total order down a bit, but totals were still £13 and £23 so not too low

I have an email saying my order is on its way. I ordered some things for my boys cost about £42 before discount and £25 after (so not as discounted as some orders, but i am happy! )

Although i do wish i had thought abit more and maybe ordered them some cheaper bits - but never mind

No email,for either of my orders but have taken money,so assume i will get my kids new clothes and enough tights to last me the rest of my life, soon lol.

My order came yesterday, but one item missing. I phoned to query if it was in another package (it came from hellish delivery network (HDN) who I've had quite a few problems with over the last few months) but the guy seemed to think it was out of stock (despite being on the delivery note) and said he would do a refund. I'm a bit worried now; item was £4 therefore with the £3.95 glitch cost me very little. I'd be happy with a 5p refund (or no refund) but anything more is taking the pi$$ as I've got 2 boxes of christmas crackers and a coffee set which only cost me about £7 anyway - I would feel really guilty if they refunded the whole £4. And it would be even worse if they do me a refund which takes into account correcting the glitch and actually charges me - I'm not sure if they can do a 'negative refund'? I really would have been better off keeping my mouth shut .
He also said there would be an email confirming the refund but nothing yet.

I'll let you know what happens but would suggest if your packages are minus an item which was technically free or pennies that you don't phone!

thanks cbm - my orders arrived, two lampshades but none of the smaller items that i ordered to bring down the price. the delivery notes say other items will be dispatched separately, and that they are boxes 2 and 4 but no other boxes on the hdn tracking system
happy with the prices i got on the lampshades but i genuinely would have liked some of the other things i ordered! (especially the beer...!)
