Completely agree with all you have said about the foundation. I too find myself using a lot sometimes (when I have spots etc) but lately (as my skin has cleared up a little) I use less. But I did findI needed to use a bit on those bad days. But at half the price near on to the ones I was getting I am dead chuffed!
Really like your blog. Going to snoop at the rest of it now lol0 -
Oh wow you look so pretty, it's great on your skin too. What gorgeous hair you've got. My little boy has your colouring, I considered going red but my eyes are brown so think it wouldn't look as striking.
I'm so glad you did all the legwork to find this foundation! I tried so many just trying to get the right colour, Virgin Vie did one called Alabaster which was pretty good but then it got discontinued so I had to start over again. I never thought I'd find a colour that was right for me let alone one that stopped the shine all day long! Hooray!0 -

ahr thank you, that is my good side though! You have made me feel better and stopped me from dying it. I was thinking of getting highlights but will leave it. Only reason being is that I suffer a lot with grey hair and thought it would cover it maybe up but it never covers grey anyway:o Was 50/50 and will leave it as it is, thanks! Saved me £40 plus:money:
The marvellous lady that we have to thank is....I'm pale (but not really pale).
I bought the lightest Revlon new colourstay mouse make-up.
FAR FAR to light for me - waste of money.
But if you're looking for super pale thats worth looking at.
Best foundation for me is No.7 intelligent colour.
As reading her words made me go and buy it:j
It is so annoying when they discontinue a foundation, fingers and toes crossed they dont for this one! As like you I thought I would never find one the right shade and that stayed on all day! Without making me like an oil slick lol0 -
No! you must never dye it, it's stunning.
Big thanks to Mrs E!0 -
Aww thanks, I never get told that, my only remembered thoughts of it is at school was when kids used to pick on me because of it, but it was more redder then
I have added your blog to my favourites as you have the same clothes style I like too! Hope to pick up some ideas for what to wear in the summer with being so pale!
p.s I luurrve spicy food too!0 -
vicki, which Revlon one do you have, the one for oil combo skin or for dry/normal skin? My mum bought me the normal one today, I was going to put it on ebay. But noticed its SPF15, which the oily one doesnt have, its only SP6? and it says its oil free? Which I cant see it stated for the combo one. So think I will give it ago.0

I've got the oily/combo. Let me know how you get on with the dry version although I've heard that the colour is different in the dry version.
Seems funny not to have a SPF15 in both really especially the fairer colours!0 -
I will let you know, will hunt it back out of my ebay box and try it on Wednesday and report back
Hmm wonder if its darker or lighter? I just hope it doesnt make me shiny or anything. IS the combo one oil free? Yea it is odd about the SPF15. I only noticed when I was listing it on ebay lol then took it off.

The normal skin Revlon foundation is darker, tried a bit next to the oil one and its a bit darker.0
