Got the Tesco fish cheque this morning, posted to them on 17th Oct, so not too late.

Didn't get the postage though even though they said they would.

    Anyone else get the postage?

I got mine returned. I first got a letter saying that I had failed to say why I wanted a refund and to re-submit everything...but they had not returned the receipt and bar code etc.....then I received another letter with all the bits and bobs again stating that I had failed to give a reason for the refund?? I had completed the reason on the same piece of card as my address??? I am going to try again. I put that the base had stuck to the tray. I will add that it was too doughy and see what happens!!
I too have had mine Chicago Town Pizza application returned today stating I didn't include a barcode. I am 100% sure I did as it was stapled to my receipt and address card but how do I prove it? They seem to be going out of their way not to pay up on this promotion and it all appears a bit badly run.

I also got a separate cheque today for all of 23p, from ocean spray, saying they had realised they hadn't included postage refund with the previous cheque!! How much did it cost them to print the letter, use and envelope and print me a cheque for 23p!! (that is good customer service, me thinks-particularly as i hadn't bothered to contact them about it)

  • Hi guys, I was just about to do the pearl drops one - it says send the carton base - I assume this means the cardboard base? surely not the actual plastic base?!
Thanks in advance if anyone knows ;)

Hi, the cardboard bottom of the box should be fine; it was for me. Julian.
