    I sent a self addressed envelope as required for the tesco somerset brie promotion. Yesterday I had a card from the post office saying I had a letter received without enough postage.So I drove 5miles{there and back} to pick up my own self addressed envelope and had to pay the post office £1.charge plus 23p for the stamp to receive my £1.60 refund...Who should I complain too....? ..though I did see the funny side of it ..p.s. the offer clearly stated self addressed envelope{not stamped}

    I got mine returned. I first got a letter saying that I had failed to say why I wanted a refund and to re-submit everything...but they had not returned the receipt and bar code etc.....then I received another letter with all the bits and bobs again stating that I had failed to give a reason for the refund?? I had completed the reason on the same piece of card as my address??? I am going to try again. I put that the base had stuck to the tray. I will add that it was too doughy and see what happens!!

    People seems to be having quite a few problems lately i'm not sure if its worth the hassle Cravendale never replied to my e-mails regarding my mis spelt cheque either.
    For thousands of people this Christmas, their must-have gift is far more vital than the latest gadget or toy – it’s blood. Please don’t let the festivities and cold weather prevent you from giving them the ultimate gift… give blood.

    There's always an occasional glitch, but that's all it is. I agree it's annoying when you have to chase something up, but on the whole I definitely think it's worth it - I've had hundreds of freebies this way. :)

    Found these in Tesco at the weekend and was dead chuffed to find a 20p coupon inside the TMF sticker. They seem to work well but are a bit thin....

    I also received a card for not enough postage but I was on holiday. I never knew who sent this but now I think it's for the somerset brie. Description said "small packet" though....so I'm not sure
    Anyways, I haven't received my money back and I sent them my letter 3 weeks ago.
    and yes, the offer stated self addressed envelope and not stamped.

    Does anyone have the address or phone number of the promoter please?

    I agree with funnyguy. MKM are notoriously rubbish at any sort of communication, so I thik Tesco would be more likely to take notice.

    Although you could complain to both ;)
