Glad it was not just me being fussy about the smell of the cheese! I gave mine to a friend, need to do my form, glad it comes quickly. Going to try sending my aquafresh next week as want it to look like we have been trying it!The birds of sadness may fly overhead but don't let them nest in your hair0

Hi,
did Ocean Cranberries send back the postage or not ?
I thought they said they would but I've forgotten - my cheque was for £1.79.
I had the Rustique cheese too but couldn't even try it - smelt awful.
regards Anne0 -

I have on my little log book that Ocean cranberries refunded me £2.02, and I think they were about £1.78 so I think they must have refunded my postage.

I had one ocean cranberries where they did refund the postage, and 1 via my mums address where they didnt!! (couldn't be bothered to phone/write about the 2nd one!)Mortgage free 04/03/2025. Thanks to this site and lots of overpayments bit by bit.
Next stop: house repairs, holiday fund, replace our very old cars, more financial security/early retirement savings.🤞0 -
Got my Scotch-Brite cheque today, it was hand-written and they didn't use my envelope (I think someone's already mentioned that). Just as well it wasn't stamped!
(They did say SAE, which, in my book, is Self-Addressed Envelope. Besides, I wasn't going to pay for 2 stamps to get about £1 back!)0 -
I sent a self addressed envelope as required for the tesco somerset brie promotion. Yesterday I had a card from the post office saying I had a letter received without enough postage. So I drove 5miles{there and back} to pick up my own self addressed envelope and had to pay the post office £1.charge plus 23p for the stamp to receive my £1.60 refund...Who should I complain too....? ..though I did see the funny side of it ..p.s. the offer clearly stated self addressed envelope{not stamped}0

clarew wrote:chicago town pizza cheque in post today for £2.49! Actually liked the pizza, and brought it again and put mums address in for the refund!
I got mine returned. I first got a letter saying that I had failed to say why I wanted a refund and to re-submit everything...but they had not returned the receipt and bar code etc.....then I received another letter with all the bits and bobs again stating that I had failed to give a reason for the refund?? I had completed the reason on the same piece of card as my address??? I am going to try again. I put that the base had stuck to the tray. I will add that it was too doughy and see what happens!!:j0
