    Any one tried money back on Dulux Once paint? Does it matter how big a tin you get?

    well the address to send them to is the same. The blerb on the back of both packets are almost word for word. I think you can send for one OR the other. However i have bought both and shall see what happens. If i get one refund refused then i'll argue the toss as it does not indicate in the terms and conditions that it is toothpaste OR toothbrush. I guess it depends if you want to take the risk of getting one TMF rejected....

    Has anyone successfully claimed for both the Scotch-Brite cloth and scourer? I got my cloth returned today saying I had already claimed at my address. I had claimed for the scourer at my home address previously but not the cloth.

    Oh no, that is so annoying. :mad: I haven't done both, just the scourers, but haven't heard back from them yet.

    This whole promotion is just so annoying and their attitude really stinks. :mad: They are so deliberately trying to make it really hard for people to claim and I personally think it does not give out a good image of the company. :rolleyes:

    Anyway, sorry this is not much help but just thought I'd sympathise. :o

    I didn't do that one, sorry MBN :o. Can only suggest emailing them again, and again, and again, until they reply! :confused: You know what companies are like; good customer service is not always everyone's top priority. :rolleyes:

    Then again, some companies don't reply to emails but send letters instead - there's always a chance of that. Give it a few days and then start bugging them again. :p

    I got my money back for that TMF. It came pretty quickly.
