6 Months to slim into Clothes Challenge

Hi, I am still doing well. Started at 18.04, now 15.09. 2.09 off. Started at size 24, now 20. Just by swimming twice a week and walking son to school (20) each way. Mainly eacting healthy, but still having crisps every day. Hot weather has put me off chocolate.

Well done mmikailian, I had a slow period but it has picked up again now.

I'm going in th right direction. Am now reliably under 13 stone whichever time of the day I weigh . Even after eating loads of daughters 2 birthday cakes this weekend! Am back on the wagon now and aiming to lose at least 2lb per week before going on holiday in August...

Weighed myself Monday after a week of the dukan diet and lost a further 5lbs whoopie, so now am down to 12stone 4lbs yippee, dont think I can stay on the diet forever but am going to keep trying now on level 3 of my Shred DVD too am doing so well have lost 24lbs in total so far am aiming for 11st 7lbs by my wedding not sure its doable but will try thats another 11lbs to go by the end of August might be just doable but it does mean 2lb a week from now until then we will see.

I am now in a roomy size 16 trousers and today I bought a size 14 dress!! So still a month to go.

I am also doing the 30 day shread..thinking of doing it twice a day if I can manage it...bit scary tho

Now down to 12st 2 fell of the wagon so to speak it was my Hen night Saturday and i have been eating loads need to get back to it next week still walking and doing Shred have completed the 30 days and now doing a day at each level. Also booked in for Arasys to try and lose the tummy got a session booked for tomorrow, my Abs have been hurting today from the last session must be working LOL
Come on girls we can do it!

well holiday time and I have managed to loose 24 1/2 pounds....love the clothes I have for my holiday!! Would like to be smaller, but pleased I have managed to tone and slim my tummy !!

I have dropped from tight size 18 to a size 14 in my jeans and dresses! Top half sometimes still a 16.

Well done everyone. It's good to have something to lose weight for like a holiday or a wedding. I started because a have a wedding to go to in October. Still doing well. But had bad mood and cravings this past few days, dreaded hormones.

Don't wish to be rude Chops but do you need a bigger size on to because of your boobs? If so, Bravissimo sell clothes that are designed to be bigger on that area but still fit properly in other areas. They are quite expensive though.

hi all not dropped in for a while but I am now at 11st 13lbs am please but seems to be going slow again. Finished my Arasys sessions and i have to say wow my daughter used to laugh at my fanny pack as she called it and it has now nearly gone yeah because of the wedding i have booked another 10 sessions bit expensive but hey i deserve it LOL. lost a total of 5 1/2 ins this is overall from tummy hips and midrif, so please and can squeeze into my size 12 but 14 is more comfy LOL. just 16 days to go to my wedding can i do it LOL. still doing the shredding but since i completed it have started to get a bit lazy have done this morning though

hi all....
i wasn't here because i was not doing well.... not losing much weight. Till last monday i started doing 40 min. exercise every day... lost 3 pounds the first week..then the 2 week and lost nothing... week 3 weight in on monday so i still have a couple of days to speed up and try to lose some weight weight...
I am also going to Majorca in October.. so have 6 weeks to keep losing and tone up.

Hi all.... i am 67.9kg now.. i am happy with it.. i just need to keep going... i hope in two weeks i can reach 65kg then 4 weeks more i will be going to Majorca, i so want to be 60kg by then....

FOOD
breakfast = weetabix
snach= banana
lunch= chicken sandwich
snack=2 rice cakes with marmelade
dinner= turkey with veggies...
EXERCISE
2 hs walking in town
will aim for 1 hs in the stepper this evening.#
