    Well done loopychris.:T

Hugs morocha, i'm sure you'll lose some weight this week.

I was so bad yesterday, i can't even begin to list what i ate but it was far too much.:o . I didn't do any exercise either so i'm going to have to put in some real effort to get that 1lb off before Friday. The problem is i fell down the step in the garden yesterday and cut both my knees and twisted my foot. My one knee was bad anyway and i've just made it worse i'm hobbling around today.

It's our first monthly weigh in tomorrow:eek: I'll update the 1st post with everyones current weight and size. I would say i'm now a size 18 as i've got rid of all my size 20 clothes .:j I'm a bit nervous about weighing tomorrow as i haven't been too good the last couple of days.:o I can't believe it's been a month already it's gone so quickly.

Well i've stayed the same this week which i'm not very surprised at because i haven't exactly been good. I haven't met my 7lb target but i'm happy with the 6lbs i have lost.

    How's everyone else done?

    hi ya,
Well i seem to be loosing inches instead of weight, if that makes any sense.. my weight is exactly the same, BUT iam able to wear a size 10 now.. well kind of a big size 10 not the tiny ones yet.... I can not believe it... at front i notice i have some weight to lose( specially my hips) but if i look at myself by the side i look fine.

I've fallen by the wayside, but am going to start afresh on Monday, DH is going to join me in a bit of healthy eating.

I have had such a bad weekend.:eek::eek: It was OH's Birthday yesterday and Ds1's today so i've had a KFC, a takeaway and 2 lots of Birthday cake over the last two days.:o:o I wouldn't be surprised if i'd put all the weight back on already that i've lost. I need to get my self back on track tomorrow.

oh... just try to be good again....
in this side.. i still have my period.. it is being 3 weeks!!! i had a bad day too... 3 packets of crips plus spaghetty bolognese today...well it does not sound too bad now...
yesterday i had curry with all the bits too....but the main thing is I am having only one meal at the weekends, so i dont think it matters if it a medium size one ?
I will be back on track tomorrow... i am going to Spain in 4 weeks !!!

  • Well my first week of not eating rubbish and trying to eat healthier and I am 2 lbs lighter :j which is brill as I didn't think I'd be losing anything. The only real exercise I have done is dog walking, but I guess it all helps.

    Onwards and upwards. ;)
