I'm actually looking forward to weighing on Monday now. I'm looking forward to the weight coming off and my clothes getting looser. I just need to keep in mind that that feels better than any chocolate bar.:D I seem to forget that a lot. I didn't do any exercise yesterday so i need to make up for that today.

    Todays food

    Milk allowance - 1 - 24
    2 x toast, spread, marmite - 4.5 - 19.5

I'm no longer looking forward to weighing Monday. I went to a party last night and ate far too much of the buffet.:o:eek: I can only guess to how much over i've gone. I'm going to have to be super good today and try and fit in a good bit of exercise. I'm not going to let it spoil everything though, i'm just going to forget it and keep going, it's the only way.

I've just weighed and i'm 14st 6 lbs, and have lost 4lbs :j. I'm so glad my little blip didn't cause too much trouble. It's given me some more motivation to carry on.

    Todays food

    Milk allowance - 1 - 24
    2 x toast, spread & marmite - 4.5 - 19.5
    Ham salad sandwich - 4 - 15.5
    Crisps - 2 - 13.5
Oat cakes with apricot jam - 2.5 -11
Hm pizza, chips, salad, low fat mayo - 9.5 - 1.5

We've been for a 30 min bike ride earning 5 bonus points. It nearly killed me though as i had Ds2 in his seat on the back of mine and he's over 3 stone. We should be going for a walk as well some time this afternoon if it stops raining so that'll help too.

Help!! I came onto this thread to motivate me and started great but it's all gone pear-shaped :(
It hasn't helped having a wedding last weekend and so meals, drinks etc at that. But I'm stuck in a rut on my snacking...just cant seem to stop grazing. My diets OK up til 7pm then it all goes downhill fast. It also doesn't help that injuries (nothing serious) have stopped me doing certain activities and it's seemed to knock me so I don't do any at all now.
A coupe of months back my driver was to be several pounds lighter for a health assessment. Even with that being out back a week I'm still going to be a few pounds heavier than I was at my last one two years ago, when they told me I could do with being a stone lighter!!
Ok whinge over...just needed to have a moan there, sorry. But anyone who has any suggestions for getting my head straight would be welcome!

I haven't weighed this week as i'm too scared.:o I don't know what's wrong with me i just can't seem to do it and all the time i'm getting fatter and fatter.:( I'm going to really try and be good just for today and see how i get on, baby steps and all that.

It's only three weeks till we travel, I have been dieting and exercising on and off, it's hard going but I'm getting there...

tried on the jeans I was wanting to get into, guess what - they didn't just button up, they zipped up too (OK so I had to have a wee lie down on the bed to get the zip up, but it went up and stayed up so that counts as far as I'm concerned!!! :o)

Anyone else remember this thread from the start of the year?
