Stealing photographs or text on eBay - dishonest or merely lazy?

Its not for that reason i am feeling that way, some people have been honest and admitted using others pics
Am I the only one that sees the irony in that statement? A thief becomes an honest person simply by admitting they are dishonest?MoneyMiser wrote: »IYes it is lazy to copy and paste someone elses text and pictures, but then as a nation we are generally lazy people.
Speak for yourself - but I can see what you are getting at, which is hardly a national charcter trait to be proud of.MoneyMiser wrote: »Does that make me lazy? Probably. Does it make me a fraud, dishonest or a criminal? Definately not!
If picture theft is not fraudulent, dishonest or criminal, would you care to share your seemingly extensive legal knowledge with "Only Dreemin/Canvas Republic"<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

A favourite tactic of lazy sellers. I always report any I see using mine, and they get pulled. (I have a number of recurrent items so I notice when I relist). Not very time economical or financially economical then.
Same here.
Those who copy are lazy devils. (or maybe they have a lack of 'brains'):rotfl::smileyheaMagenta0 -

That's a novel idea, sign up for something and don't bother reading, or understanding the rules.I'm much more cautious, I can't work a system unless I understand it and my business model is to keep my auctions up and running to a successful sale, not removed with a warning a few hours before they finish. I do not think I am ebay's favourite person, I am always firing off little emails complaining about things, yet everytime i report someone using my image the other auction is removed. If they do that for me imagine what they do for power sellers.
