yesterday at 1pm......paid cash in post office too so cos it wasn't paid with bank card, the bank can't do anythin about it :(
  • hopefully things might go our way hun fingers crossed for both of us x
  • Hello Niccatte, I too activated my card the same day as you. Yesterday I emailed them and told them that After wasting 2 hours (in total) on the phone and having emails ignored...I would be going to Trading Standards.
    I got a reply today.
Apparently they have been having a problem with viewing activations.I have been promised that as soon as this problem is sorted I will get my loan.
    Hope that helps.
    Melanie.

I have just had the following email from APS ..............

    Sophie,

Please accept our apologies for any delays you may be experiencing receiving
    your loan.

We have been having problems confirming payments from the Post Office.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to release funds until we can confirm the
    card has been activated.

We kindly ask you to bare with us whilst we resolve this matter. Your £35
activation fee will be refunded to you as way of apology.

Once we confirm your repayment card has been activated the money will be
deposited into your account or one of our agents will deliver the money at
    the first available opportunity.

    Thank you
    Ian Wilkie

I have scanned and sent the receipt and card in a reply to this email........which i also gave to APS prepayment mastercard and the financial service ombudsman.

Hope you lot get something like this sent to you anytime soon..........if not i suggest you take the route i did.

    Good Luck all xx
  • hi all

not had any e-mails yet :(

has anyone actually got funds through yet x x
  • Hi Niccette, No funds yet but the email did explain that funds will only be released when our activations can be verified. I am getting my £35 as a gesture of goodwill. You should ask for yours back.
I am thinking Wednesday/Thursday should see us getting our money.
