Apologies for ever mentioning that I'd picked up a few RE jobs at Gatwick guys -I think H was scarred deeply by an RE report that wouldn't save at some point in the past to get to this level of throwing insults at all and sundry <note to self-don't send Hollypear a gift without checking first it meets her expensive standards :eek: LOL>

Calm DOWN dear -you're so off the wall it's funny but you're in danger of looking really sad and a bit of a nutter with all this frothing at the mouth

Haven't been totally useless while I've been ill - been doing my ED surveys bit by bit...just need to do the customer service calls for all eleven surveys now then that's them done. Have a couple of underground sarnies to do today and an electrical store which I should be ok to do with DH being my taxi.

Have a busy couple of weekends coming up and hopefully I'll be at full speed by then but I'll need to pick up as much as I can to cover the days I've been off sick!

Glad you're on the mend. Funny thing, isn't it, how when you're self-employed you still work when you're off sick!:rotfl:

Hope you're feeling better! I hurt my knee a few weeks back and had to rely on my OH to taxi me to all my jobs. I'm also getting my wisdom tooth out on Wednesday _pale_ so that'll be another few days off work. Does make it harder to get back into the swing of things.

tbh i am quite shocked at the crap that has gone on in here over the last few days. so someone likes re jobs :eek: each to their own

there has been a lot of nasty personal posts and i have actually tried to report some of them. however i dont use outlook so cant! :mad: i have been posting on here since sept and found it friendly and helpful. the last few days have been anything but

Don't worry about it. I do shops like that and pick up cheap/free games for my boys at Christmas and birthdays. I know I don't personally make any hard cash from it, but it helps contribute towards the cost of the gifts.

I still like RE and find them handy for fillers. I wouldn't go miles out of my way to do a job for them, but if I'm in the area and stuff comes up, I take it.

Just commented on that to someone else the other day. I'm really tired at the moment - combination of being unwell for a long time and a mental amount of uni work. They asked when I last had a break from work, and it would have been last May when we went away on holiday. The hotel had a communal PC with free internet, and I still checked my email and booked work while I was away
