I echo never in doubt's first reply, give us this buggars address and the management will pay him a visit.
I'm ashamed to be conected with builders when I hear stories like this.

Poosmate - is this any good to you? http://landshare.channel4.com/
I think you can advertise your garden as having space and see if there's anyone local who wants space. I've never used it so I don't know if it works but it might be worth a try.
I'm single too and love it. I used to think there was summat wrong with me but I've come to the conclusion that it's just the way I am. Actually I'm far too selfish to give up my nice (but poor!) life - I have it just the way it suits me, thank you very much! I have two gorgeous dogs to snuggle up to and that is just fine.
Right, off to do summat useful ......Aspire not to have more but to be more.

hello people! what have I missed? shouldn't really be here still have another 700 words to go and a few life changing decisions to make!
Good luck with your life changing decision. I made one of those a few weeks ago and am about to set the wheels in motion for a career change (a bit daunting at 45 but if I don't do it now I never will). It's quite exciting really!

Surby, "I've searched high and low and can only find annoying men so have given up and resigned myself to the fact that before too long I'll start wearing a purple hat, have a houseful of cats and start collecting carrier bags like a mad old woman." - Not at the purple hat wearing stage yet and only have 1 cat and I can't help how many carrier bags I need to bring my shopping back in, I just can't use them up as fast as I get them!
I've upgraded to reusable bags and always refuse the free plastic bags in shops but they still seem to breed in the cupboard!

Mike, fantastic thread you have here...such a journey from your first post...its made me cry/laugh/get angry and a whole other range of emotions I never thought I'd have following a thread on an internet forum. So glad you had a good time with your boys this weekend you deserve it0 -

Handyman123.
Hi Handyman123. Welcome to you.
The majority of builders are OK. My problem is with one who's a compulsive liar, thief, callous ba5tard and all round rotter and complete shower.
I'll get him if I possibly can. Won't he be unable to work if he's got two kneecaps fewer than most people?0 -
