(I already have two cats and a purple hat....its the slipperly slope for me!)

    *waves to all*

Mike, fantastic thread you have here...such a journey from your first post...its made me cry/laugh/get angry and a whole other range of emotions I never thought I'd have following a thread on an internet forum. So glad you had a good time with your boys this weekend you deserve it ;)

You are very welcome to stay and let us have your thoughts on anything too.

Incidentally it's my birthday soon... Thought I should mention it. I may mention it again nearer the time. :)

    Just too damn dangerous.

    Too right matey!

Anyway, I've bitten the bullet and posted my garden on the Landshare site! Oooh I'm getting scared now! I'm actually making things happen in my life rather than letting them!

It's your fault Mike, your thread inspired me to do it!

Right, off to bed for me now.

Good night all and sleep well, will pop in tomorrow to say hi.

    Bye for now.

Poosmate - is this any good to you? http://landshare.channel4.com/

I think you can advertise your garden as having space and see if there's anyone local who wants space. I've never used it so I don't know if it works but it might be worth a try.

Thanks Smiley - I did it! I listed my garden and now I've replied to someone in my area (although their request for land is almost a year old)!

I'm really going to bed now! I have work in the morning!

    Night all.

Good luck with your life changing decision. I made one of those a few weeks ago and am about to set the wheels in motion for a career change (a bit daunting at 45 but if I don't do it now I never will). It's quite exciting really!

Try bed exercises. Doh! Not that kind Mike!

Go to bed, lie on your back and relax.

Now, clench your bum for about 8 seconds and then relax. Do this again and again counting to 8 each time you clench.

You'll be sound asleep before the exercise does anything for your figure! lol

    Hope that helps.

    I really am going now!

    Remember, clench and count!

Hmmm... I think Britain has quite enough burglars already, actually.

I disturbed a couple of guys trying to break into my house at 3am one morning a couple of years ago so burglary isn't really something I'd want to encourage. It was not a pleasant experience at all.

Is anyone in contact with radarjet, who posted here a couple of weeks ago? She seems to have gone off the site.

    Hi Mike

Radarjet's profile says they were last active on the site this morning.

    And you have mail.

    :)

A bit premature, are you not? It's not even the end of March yet, you must have at least a month to go? You must be an end of April/beginning of May Taurean?

Just trying to get in there before me and Redlady on the presents front! Tsk tsk! :D (As long as there's no guessing of ages, purple hats or plastic bags going on, it'll be fine!)
