Directly from T-mobile:
-For a very very very low talker, i think
(£15 x 18 months) + £164 for the phone = £434
100 mins, user the booster for unlimited texts, free internet
-The phone itself costs roughly £380 - £400 sim free anyway.
or slightly more mins:
(£20 x 18 months) + £129 for the phone = £489
300 mins, user booster for unlimited texts, free internet
-What do you guys think?0 -

Looking at those the tariffs aren't as bad as i first thought. I didn't realise the booster would give you free unlimited texts.
Think i may order this phone this afternoon.
Does anyone know when you could expect delivery?0 -

The phone doesnt come out till 26th, so i think you would expect delivery for monday.
Unless T mobile release it directly.. so it'll get to your door for 26th (i doubt it though)0 -
Just spoke to TMob retentions. At first I was offered a free handset for 35 pounds a month, 24 months contract (puke!) but I told him that I was interested in the 20 pounds a month, 18 months deal (I don't use many minutes and can use the booster to increase my texts from 100 to unlimited) and hope to have the phone cost (95 pounds) waived as I'm upgrading. He wasn't having it lol. After much haggling, he offered me;
25 pounds a month, 18 months
Free handset
600 mins
Unlimited texts
Unlimited internet
I think it's pretty good?
He said the phone will only be available on Friday so he will call me again then (hopefully homeboy won't change the offer!)
Oh, and btw, I was on the 18 month contract, Flext 35 megadeal, paying 25 pounds a month.0 -

Monday i could wait for no problem, mainly due to the fact im off work from then for a week.
I think a £20 18 month contract is calling me.0 -
My g/f is also up for renewal now so will also be phoning them up shortly to haggle...
Will be aiming for something like:
£20 pcm on 18m
300 mins
300 texts (bolt on up to unlimited)
Unlimited internet
Free phone.
Think she is more likely to get it for £25 a month and would probably go with that though but with BunifahLatifah getting 600 mins for £25 then might have a chance of £20....0 -

What discount they can offer you on the Tariff and handset cost is all based on what you have spent with them on your current contract and to a much lesser degree time with the network (this is how Orange operate anyway and i can see it being similar across all networks)
The more you spend already on your current contract the more bargaining chips you have and they also have to calculate what they will earn from you with the deal they are offering you on the new contract. If you are out of contract then it works in your favour as they are earning money off you they were not expecting which all increases your spend with them and your bargaining chips (Orange work on a points system).
So basically in a nut shell the more you spend already the better the deal you can get when you go to upgradeComp wins 2010 (Feb onwards) - loads of books, CD, Toys, Photographic lighting rig, Mobile phone, 16GB ipod Nano, Digital cameraComp wins 09 - £4500, 08 - £345.70!0 -
Does anybody have any idea when Orange will be selling this handset?
