Yes Eager - get the information to the court as soon as possible - add anything else you can onto the total and start looking up every opportunity to report her anything she might be concealing/avoiding/evading etc etc.
Also look out for my PM - have a great idea for a nice revenge dish to serve cold. - its got a lot to do with ensuring that your ex LL gets lots of Christmas cards this year from a whole lot of people she doesn't know but who have come to know her very well - Hopefully by Xmas you will be quids in and we can all express our gratitude to the nasty woman in our own individual sentiments.

OoooOOooh - nominations re post of the month? Well I must say I'm proud! Though I'm only at this stage because of you lot so can't say fairer than this: I would love to share the champagne with y'all if I did win it! Hic! In that (rare likelihood) situation i'd have to be virtual I guess... unless you are in Brighton?
In terms of Christmas cards, hmmm - eagerly awaiting your PM to find out more!MFW #185

EagerLearner wrote:He he - thanks guys - seems address is real enough so I will take letter to court, with court number, tomorrow - any thoughts on whether I should mention the £6 + £10 expenses on that letter? x
EL - I am sure I recall reading somewhere earlier (pleaseeeeeee don't ask me which post...lol!) that there were some other expenses that you forgot to include before in your claim. If so, can you add them now?0 -
The nomination for Post of the Month (November) is in. However, I don't think my comments did it justice. It took me so long to figure out how to do it, I wrote too quickly. Read it and change it.FREEDOM IS NOT FREE0

Have used the info from your PM and it looks like the last time that house was sold was in May 2004 so she may have been living there for over two years. I have tried various house price websites and not found any more recent sales up to end of September 2006 - most up to date site is Upmystreet.com.
You may be able to get details from the Land Registry site also - I am convince we are gonna nail the cow!!John0 -

Make sure that your court judgement is enforced by either a warrant of execution (balliffs) or charging order (secured on her property)
Are any of the properties she rents out furnished. Assets to seize.
A charging order will prevent her selling or raising capital on the property in question without discharging your interest in it.
Remember when claiming a costs order you can claim physical costs ( phone post legal fees andf searches) as well as your time at up to IIRC £9.50 per hour.I have a cunning plan!
Proud to be dealing with my debts.0
