Apologies EL, I didn't mean what I said to be annoying I just wanted to say you haven't run out of avenues to pursue yet as people are suggesting diferent things all the time and to keep going so it hasn't been a waste of your efforts up til now. I guess I should have just put that then, will go back to being a silent watcher again!! :o

All imput is valuable. There will always be disagreements on syntex, definition, understanding. On the savings/investment boards, they tend to disintegrate into chaos because of the professionals arguing over a point or two (me included). The end result is that the OP gets forgotten.

Conclusion: Better to pm the person you disagree with in order to explain your disagreement. Keeps the thread intact and ongoing. Just my 2 cents for what it is worth. I'm still smarting for not realizing the OP had a court judgement. I only got to page 8 before my head melted. As Ben Franklin said, "Person with wax head, shouldn't stand in the sun.":rotfl:

Prudryden & Honeypop - No worries guys - all is ok! My stressed-ness is affecting things on here so I will change my attitude post haste - from henceforth I am an unflinching WonderWoman!

I just finished speaking to Local Councillor and now going to try and write a letter to another councillor she has recommended. Worth the call, even if just for some support and she's going to put feelers out about the property we used to rent as well as the landladys name.

    HAAAAAAAAAAALT!

... and as if my magic - the forces of the universe have come together and I have JUST this second received a fax from the letting agent WITH HER CURRENT ADDRESS.

All assisting angel-minions stop your research!

    Will advise court asap.

Now, next step is to fully expect she will disavow all knowledge of court case (as she 'never got' any of the correspondence) and we will be at square one again!

Brilliant!! She can deny all she wants, with little avail. There is a legal requirement to have a contact address on the AST and SO BE IT.

Unflinching Wonderwoman - your universal angels are with you !!!

when you tell the court of this new address, please do not forget to list her various aliases - this puts a different spin on things.

Your "Mrs Danvers" may well be known to them already !

Fantastic news. Yet another step in the right direction. Keep it up lass. LL can try and deny all she wants, won't help her now though. Well done for staying the course this far...

Should I take it to the court today - I mean, what if the LA 'mistakenly' mistyped part of the address to lead me up the garden path?

Prepared to take time off work to go to the court if you think I should do it now - have no option but to trust the letting agent fax?
